it was very clean and the staff were welcoming. room was clean and very spacious, the bed was very comfortable. shower was also good

it was a fair distance from the center of Milan, you have to get a bus and a tube to the center. coming back late at night with it just me and my friend wasn’t the nicest walk back. it was very dark and no one was around, the bus stop is about a 15 min walk to the hotel. we were followed by a van for about 5 minutes until we actually got to the hotel. which was a very uncomfortable experience. I would recommend getting a taxi from the tube station if you’re alone or young girls at night. we didn’t feel very safe

the room was big in size, very clean and nicely maintained.

The staff need to be more humble and respectful towards the Asian customers. They charged me for an egg white omlett which was very surprising to me, because I have travelled to many countries and many hotels but omlet is always a part of your breakfast. top of that they told me 8 Euro for it and charged me 10 Euro. when in asked why did you charge me 2 euro extra, they replied we gave you 5 eggs egg white, instead of 4 eggs in regular omlet. I literally started laughing on that reply. I mean it’s ridiculous. being in a service industry you can’t be giving such replies to your customers. the hotel management need to seriously look into it. it’s not a question of 10 euro, it’s just that, it did not feel guest friendly behaviour.

Easy to find with car, the rooms are nice, has big showers or bathtubs, not much noise from the busy road, breakfast was ok, the staff is friendly

Cleaning ladies started cleaning very early, around 8-9a.m. and were very loud, were draging furniture around and loudly speaking, which was a shame. We didn’t get to rest and were tired. There also was some mould around the bathtub…The breakfast could have more options, there is no oatmeal, no pancakes, only eggs, meats and cereal or yoghurt. Also breakfast is available only till 10a.m.

Modern hotel and clean rooms. Wifi and hot water worked.

We were waiting outside metro and phoned hotel to call a cab to get us because we were stranded and didn’t know where we were other than outside a metro, late at night and no taxis. We could not ph a cab since they don’t speak English. The reception was unhelpful. All she had tondo was call a cab to collect us from metro and give our name. We would have paid taxi. Luckily a local spike English and called a cab for us. On arrival, I asked for the manager but receptionist said he was in holiday. She said she could have only called a private driver to get us

The Klimt Hotel is a fabulous hotel with good sized rooms and bathroom. The restaurant offers good options for breakfast and dinner and the quality of the food was great. The staff were very friendly and obliging.

The area that the hotel is in appears to be quite industrial and close to the motorway. It is surprisingly quiet though. If you are visiting Milan as a tourist you are about 20-30 minutes by taxi to the Centre of Milan .

The room was great. Good bed, dark, silent, we slept very well. Also the room is nice and big so you can see it as a small appartment. Service is great, personnel is very friendly

The only downside was that for the breakfast, even if you had it included, you have to pay extra for fried eggs or fresh juice. This is a bit of a letdown

The big bed was comfy and the AC during this hot summer was ideal. The staff was helpful and the breakfast was well furnished.

Consider that the current transportation services in that area are still limited and to move back and forth it may be difficult if you're on your own. I heard that the city is planning to implement a metro to serve the area but it'll take time to have it ready.

The hotel was lovely and clean and the staff were all so pleasant. Good breakfast buffet every morning. Nice modern hotel We had a hire car so it was really easy to get from here in to Milan, up to Como and over to Monza whilst avoiding all the city traffic.

Location wasn't the best if you wanted a walk out for an evening mealas its on a business park surrounded by main roads. Good spot if you have a hire car to get around.

Everything in the hotel was excellent 👍🏾

The hotel does not have a good connection to public transport. The nearest bus stop was 10min walk And the nearest underground station was a 45 min walk.

Its the 3rd time I come here, and I always love the clean and big rooms. The variety of the breakfast and the big choice of parking.

I know its a hard job to do, because I work in the same field and my family, but the staff of the restaurant should be a lot really more polite, they give a bad impression to costumers about the amazing place that it is. They are not happy, not polite and talk with you as if you were a bag of potatoes.
