The house is very nice. It’s built like a small villa with lots of chilling areas and rooms have a nice green view. Breakfast was nice. Personal was nice, light and easy going. It was good to feel always at ease.

The location. Of course it’s not in the city center but at the other hand, it’s okay to go visit the attractions by metro or by bus. And the location is perfect if you are looking for a calm green space to chill. I personally loved it, the price is good for Milano and I would go there again.

Staff was helpful. They let us leave our luggage after check out and they made us an early check in. Breakfast was okay and there was a good coffee machine and microwave for our own food. Nice location, 10 min to metro and 25 min walk to flixbus station.

Reception can barely speak english. In our room, the wifi is barely connected. In Breakfast, there is not much fresh things, generally based on packaged desserts.

Was noisy in the room because my room was next to the street. Also i had problem with the wifi in the room but i think the wifi problem was only for my room that was somehow the last room.

we enjoyed the complementary breakfast, is always great to have breakfast in the hotel even though it could have more stuff to eat it was good

the bed i was in wasn't the best and the room was a little cold but i really enjoyed staying at this hotel, very well located, thank you so much

Very warm welcome. The reception staff go out of their way to make you comfortable and appreciate your stay. There is a little court yard in the front + a balcony terrace on the first floor and a lovely little garden in the back with a pergola. They have a barbecue for the sunny days, must be a real blast. The hotel is surrounded by greenery (park in the front, private grounds in the back), so the traffic is unnoticeable. Conveniently close to the Metro line 1 - just a 5 minute walk.

The single bedroom was really small, my colleague drew the short straw and he felt cramped. The family bedroom was a little overcrowded with the third bed. I had no use for it as I was alone on business travel, so no real need for it.

The welcoming nature of the host at reception. They did offer us free air conditioning, which was nice.

The breakfast can be improved. It's only supermarket bought food and juice that's served. The coffee is of course fresh from the caffe machine. Perhaps adding small fresh cooked items like a croissant, Breads and some boiled egss can definitely improve the scene.

They maintain cleanliness of the room and always provides us clean towels. The breakfast was good as well :)

The stuff is so so friendly. Mattress is very comfortable. I asked to provide for me different types of pillows (2 small and one big) and extra blankets( I sounded like crazy) , but was super exhausted. And they helped me with everything and with their ni e smiles.

Breakfast was not enough..
