- Convenient parking in a field in front of the hotel. - The breakfast was very good. - There is free water to drink during the day at the reception area, which is a nice addition. - The hotel is about 20' walk to the city centre of Rimini

- It's a basic hotel, which needs some update. Priority would be to remove the old red carpeting from the rooms. - The sea of Rimini is dirty. This has obviously nothing to do with the hotel, but the local hoteliers should also ask for more strict rules in the over-exploitation of the seascape in this country, i.e. less sun beds, less beach bars, better cleaning etc. etc.

The hotel is in the quiet neighbourhood and very close to the beach. About 20-25 min walk to the old town. You can take a bus if walking is not your thing;) supermarkets, cafes, restaurants - you can get everything close. I would like to thank the host Antonella, who was very welcoming and made us feel like we were exclusive, although we do understand, that the hotel is full of other guests😃. The staff is amazing, especially Barbara, who took a good care of us and made a great morning coffee! Breakfast is very delicious and various. Everything is super clean, each day we had our towels changed, the bed made. Also shower gels, lotions even a toothpaste with a toothbrush were included. Super nice! Definitely would recommend this hotel!

The air conditioner in our room was a bit loud. But at night we just swithched it off. The shower might be a bit too small for a man. Anyway, it's minor disadvantages. Didn't make our stay any worse.

Our stay was due to the fact that my husband needed a day-surgery operation at a nearby clinic. We stayed one night before the op, and two nights afterwards. The helpfulness and consideration of the staff regarding our circumstances, and the comfort and cleanliness of the room, exceeded all our expectations and went well beyond all we could have hoped for to put us at ease. Thank you to Antonella and Susanna on reception and all the other times we needed help, Susanna for her wonderful breakfasts, Ndella and Sofia for keeping our room spotlessly clean and comfortable, and Barbara who served us our food and drink on the terrace, in the courtyards and in our room. We will definitely return for a holiday, and spend more time on the nearby welcoming beach and exploring the delights of the town of Rimini.

Everything was beyond perfect. There was nothing to dislike.

The breakfast was truly exceptional with lots of homemade cakes and dishes. You could feel that the chef loved food and loved to host guest. Same was true for the rest of the staff who made you genuinely feel welcome. The rooms are small but big enough for a few days stay. Although it is a 25min walk from Old Town the beachfront at that end of Rimini is great and stretches on for miles.

Staff was super friendly and kind, breakfast had many tasty homemade options to choose from, room was clean and had everything we needed incl. huuuge comfortable king size bed - definitely one of the best 3-star-hotel experiences we had.

Not really and issue but the placement of the aircon unit makes it blow into the curtain rather than directly into the room. We kept the curtain open to compensate 😄

The staff is very nice and welcoming. We parked in front of the hotel, and the room was clean and it has everything you'd need. The wifi was good. The breakfast was amazing, with plenty of options. Great location if you want to go to the beach.

During my stay the ac in the room malfunctioned and I couldnt control the temperature. This happened during late evening so I didnt alert the staff which I am sure would have assisted me if I did.

The staff is very kind and helpful. Rooms are clean and the breakfast is very good. The hotel is close to the beach. The parking place is next to the hotel. We had a lovely time in Rimini.

The hotel owner / recepcionist was friendly and very nice. I would stay here next time too. Parking space was large enough.

The fridge was not working and the shower door was stuck. But overall the room was good.

This is a very good hotel equipped with all of things we needed. Comfortable beds, big and modern bathroom, daily clean towels. Effective air conditioner but the best thing was the helpful reception. The beach is no distance.

It was too silent for us but people usually just love it at all.
