I am so happy I chose this particular Ivano hotel - my friend and I received a room with two mini rooms, which was just perfect for us - we each had our own private space and access to a balcony with a perfect view of the sea and sunsets. Turns out there aren't many decent hotels with sea views, so I was happy the whole time. There are very comfortable mattresses and pillows, air-conditioning, and windows can be closed with roller blinds. Ideal location close to all the infrastructure - there's a coffee shop at the bottom and an insanely delicious pizzeria that the locals go to. Very nice beach area and sunbeds, the sea is clean, beautiful promenade in both directions from the hotel. Thank you to all the staff - everyone took great care of us and tried to help with any questions. It was a great holiday, I will definitely come back again ❤️

It's a pity that we had to disturb the staff when returning late - I realise that this is how security is improved, but a chip for the front door could have also effectively solved this problem.

We cried when our vacation in this wonderful hotel ended. We received a lot of joy, experience and kindness. The rooms, the view, the breakfast and the hospitality were perfect. The hotel also provided bicycles for free. They always paid attention to us and our wishes. The reception is also open day and night. We want to go back. I wish we could have stayed there forever.

It was very nice hotel,very nice people,everybody was so friendly.Stuff didn’t speak very well english but they tried to help us all the time.Food was vey good,they have a very nice ice cream(ice cream was served everyday,different flavors)We’d probably come back again.

Dinner was delicious. Staff was polite and friendly. It is dog-friendly. We even got a free accommodation for our small pekineses.

1. Wi-Fi didn't work at all. 2. We didn't like food servings. To get some, you must ask the waiter to pour your food. Usually the quantity is small, and you need to return. My expression is that he was there not to help, but to save. My daughter ask for 3 pieces of sandwich, and she was able to get only one for example. No worries we weren't hungry but only a little embarrassing to go again and ask for an expensive paid meal. 3. We had extra charges for dinner for a juice and wine. That is fine, but no one was informing us during serving that it costs extra. 4. Cleaning was fine, but they didn't change towers and add soaps, toilet paper until we ask to do that. Again, feeling that hotel is in saving mode. 5. Pictures in Booking are far away from reality (food, room). Everything is much more modest than it seems on the website. For this amount of money, we just expected more.
