We booked the all inclusive - but is actually full pension/board version - food 3 times a day + drinks included (only during food times) No mini fridge in the room (but we knew that when we booked the place) There is bathroom in room included, but is quite small, since shower and toilet are on the same place You need to pay city tax at the end of the stay, but you can pay it only in cash and we didnt know that The old city centre of Rimini is further away maybe 2km, but we didnt mind, since we had our bikes with us

We felt the location was really great, especially if you like to be a 2 minute walk (if that!) from the Beach! Lots of shops / beach bars / facilities etc in short walking distance. However Old Town (Borgo) is probably a 30 minute walk at least. The food really exceeded our expectations, we were all inclusive and we got a Breakfast Buffet (the usual, fresh fruit, ham & cheese, eggs, breads & pastries, yoghurt, a good spread!) - then you have a choice of 2 x starters and mains for both Lunch & Dinner, house wine / house beer / soft drinks are also include din All Inclusive so we felt it was excellent value for money. The staff were really friendly & helpful, spoke good English too, which was a plus for us! We enjoyed sitting out the front of the hotel after Lunch / Dinner too, it was a friendly, laid-back atmosphere. The room was cleaned daily, and new towels if you should wish, very clean rooms. We would recommend & stay again!

Best parking place in all of Rimini, highly recommended when you come with car!!!

Everything was perfect.

Staff was very helpfull and friendly (spoke both English and German), the rooms were exceptionally clean and the beds were really cozy! It was a very pleasant stay!

Basic hotel, very good value for money, excellent breakfast, especially the chocolate milk.

The view was on the inner courtyard, but we stayed only one night so it didn't bother us too much.

At the hotel you can get bikes for a deposit - no extra fee

Our first experience was incredible in this Hotel, we were asked to go to a different Hotel: Hotel Marylise, The staff was very kind and helpful, we felt really calm and comfortable.

Location, food, parking

There are no words to express the hospitality of the owner and staff. Very helpful and sincere people! Location of the hotel is excellent, just a few steps from the beach and promenade. Highly recommended.

Great location. We stayed one night for a break during our motorbike trip. Plenty of bars walking distance and safe place. Staff very nice and helpful. Great car park
