The Breakfast was good (except for the coffee). The room was very clean. We have never seen anything so clean. The lady who cleaned our rooms did so well, I even saw her cleaning the ceiling.

We ordered 3 rooms, two of the rooms were horrible, even though they were on the second floor you had the feeling they were in the basement. Because in order to go out on the balcony, you had to climb stairs. This was fixed by paying for an upgrade. This was a bad experience during an otherwise pleasant stay. The breakfast coffee was not as good as normally in Italy.

Very comfortable, clean and accommodating. I am vegan and they made me two different croissants and a small salad each morning. We stayed for 5 days. Great location.

The car park is €30 a day which is ridiculous to be honest. However as it was October it was free to park outside of the hotel which made the charge even more ridiculous. Also €15 per night for the pet is excessive as there should be a per stay price as well.

The hotel and his staff , front desk ladies and breakfast waitress Veronica in particular, was excellent. The breakfast was one of the most complete and best I ever found in any hotel in Europe or USA : fruits, cereal, yogurt, scrambled eggs, meats, and a very wide assortment of pastries and croissants, besides all the coffee options desired. The room was very nicely appointed.

The hotel manager is a very rude , agressive, loud shouting to me when he knew that I had a bleeding head wound falling from the slippery floor of the shower. I was cared by a gracious front desk lady who came to my room with gauge and desinfectant. But the manager afterwards shouted menacingly to me when I suggested cordially that anti-slip strips would be convenient in the shower..

The property was perfect, clean and staff was very nice and supportive!

1.The breakfast matches to 3 stars, but not to 4 stars! There were no fresh juices, no vegetables, only 3 options for hot stuff and all 7 days it were the same. But there were a lot of cookies (croissants, cakes). It has to be balanced well. 2.There is no gym/pool and space for entertainment.

A very nice place to stay for a week. The personnel were very helpful. The breakfast was just great. We had the cheapest room I guess but it was good enough just a bit small.

The only thing that was terribly disappointing is that when we asked for a late check out it cost us 120€, more than the price for a 1 night. It's ridiculous!

Room was very luxurious with opening doors to outside. We were able to put our little travelling basil plant on the balcony, The location right on the esplanade was good and very useful for a summer beach experience. The Breakfast room was exquisite and copious food choices available. Great Fish restaurant across the road.

The hotel was very well appointed, staff was friendly, and our room comfortable. Nice to have a safe, mini fridge, and two balconies.

Although we could park easily on the street, additional fees for parking, pets, city taxes and other items make the initial price offered on Booking more expensive than pre-payment.

Great location with no noise and no parties outside. Very friendly and helpful staff, it was pleasure to stay here. Room was clean.

Partial sea view means “no sea view at all”:) Breakfast was good except coffee and no vegetables at all, only tomatos. But if you like sweets, you will find what to choose:)

Very kind and helpful personnel, stylish hotel, terrace next to the swimming pool

Internet did not work most of the time, there were ants in the room, parking is an extreme additional 30€ per night, each day on beach with umbrella and 2 sunbeds is 20€; so we recommend to count with 50€ per night additionally to the standard hotel rate to have basic inclusions for beach vacation, which can shift a bit the value-for-money perception.
