Friendly, helpful, supportive personnel, pleasant atmosphere, cosy and clean space. A few minutes to the beach, you can buy two beds with umbrella and beach towels at the reception and have your place on the beach across the road till the end of the day for 25 EUR. Also, there is a small swimming pool, available till 8 p.m. Worth to stay!

I would like to have a better breakfast. Croissants and other desserts were quite good, but there was almost nothing to eat "normally" (only too dry omelette, average sausages and boiled eggs). So, it was too Italian, a lot of sweet stuff, but not enough ta have the breakfast to feel full after that. It is one and only disadvantage, maybe for somebody else it is not a disadvantage at all. Besides it, perfect place. It is worth considering that there are 30 mins by foot to the city centre, but around 10 mins by bus, by the way.

Check in was smooth and reception was always lovely throughout the whole stay. Room was spacious and very clean. breakfast was also very nice cannot complain.

We had booked this hotel as it had a pool. when we arrived the pool was out of order. I actually changed hotel to come here and paid extra for this pool. Was disappointed that it never said whilst booking.

nice location about half way along the beach, but close enough to cycle to the marina and into the centro storico. (definitely recommend hiring a bike and doing that route. lovely cycle route and stunning old town.) cycle hire shop with lovely owners nearby and two good value restaurants within 50 yards either side (gatto Nero and Libeccio). breakfast/dining room has lovely large windows looking towards the sea and over tree lined avenue. sea views are limited, but good enough. had hoped to swim in pool, but it was closed for the winter, so had nice swim in sea instead. great value hotel, anyway.

not much not to like about this hotel.

The location was great for the beach but a long walk to the historic centre. The room, although a bit small, was comfortable but a bit dated. The balcony had a view of the sea. The staff were excellent & very friendly. Gluten free bread was available on request at breakfast.

The pool was ok but is tucked between concrete walls of other buildings. It looked utilitarian & uninviting. It just needs some style touches such as plants, outdoor decor etc. Be prepared for a long walk or a bus ride in order to explore historic town centre. Breakfast was the usual but a bit uninspiring. The reception/lounge & public areas need updating as they are a little oldfashioned.

Great location in town centre and only a couple of hundred yards from the beach. Staff very welcoming and friendly.

Breakfast. Very limited cooked breakfast available, scrambled egg, bacon and hot dog sausages cut up. Would have expected baked beans, mushrooms, tomatoes etc, toaster didn’t really toast the bread, put bread through toaster 3 times and still white, not toasted. Also no tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Nice four-start hotel, very friendly staff, decent breakfast. Good location, only one road or five min walk from the beach. We were staying as a family of four, therefore the standard room was not spacious, but otherwise we all felt good about it, I can recommend it.

The standard room size we realized is not sufficient for four persons. Probably next time, we need to reserve two rooms.

It was amazing staying at this beautiful and very welcome hotel. Everything was perfect. People wich are working on Gallia Palace are brilliant. Reception are very helpful, enthusiastic and kind. Women wich cleaned our floor and room is amazing and did more than expect. All stuff are doing more than you expecting and it’s really nice feeling. Hotel is near sea, approximately 5 minutes to the beach by feat. This is really comfy. Hotel located near busy and noisy street but inside is really quite and you can sleep well and don’t hear the noise. Breakfasts were so delicious and various. We had a good family trip in Italy thanks this place. Thank you !!

Location, breakfast, cleanness.

The room would be slightly bigger Shower would be bigger. If I had like +10 kgs, I would not have a comfortable shower. Guess what, I am only 80 kg! AC was too noisy, would not let you sleep when it's on Deal for the beach is 25 Euros per day per 2 person, this is literally the half of the hotel price for 1 night including the breakfast......
