Breakfast was good most days, some staff were fantastic, others were alright. View was good.

First time getting in the bed I felt something like sand at my toes at the bottom of the sheets. Checked it out and it wasn’t sand, but something small and sandy like. I left it figuring the sheets would be changed so I didn’t have to make a big deal about it. Our room was cleaned 1 time in the entirety of our stay. When it was clean the sheets were not changed, the bed was just made. And our full garbages were left full. Other than this the hotel was amazing.

Good location, great breakfast, friendly staff, fast check-in, large terrace overlooking the sea, the hotel is located along the road, but there was no noise when the balcony door was closed, great free wi-fi

The good price for the staying. Nice abundant breakfast. All the bedrooms have view on seaside. The pool table available for guests. Bikes also. Air conditioner efficient and performing. Nice and kind personell.

The swimming pool was warm only one day on 6. Very disappointing for me and my family also. The heated swimming pool was one of the main reasons that in the past convinced me to come here. The SPA needs maintenance and some electric buttons need important maintenance...the taps in there need maintenance also.

Good value for the money, very good breakfast, very nice staff.

The entire hotel is and looks old. It can use a new refurbishment, both in the common areas and in the rooms (update furniture, TV, etc.)

The staff were amazing and super helpful. We had half board so the breakfast was good and the dinner at restaurant Da Thomas had amazing food with very big portions. We for sure will be coming back next year hopefully.

The tv turned itself on at night without pressing any buttons. And the walls need better sound isolation as other room flushes toilet it seems like its right next to you and very loud

We booked a sea view room. On arrival they gave us a room that was not sea side - first floor, dark, outdated all in all, quite unpleasant. After pointing this out they changed our room to a proper one. With the changed room it worked out well. The staff are not polite. The facilities are okay for the price we paid. We’ve stayed in other 4 start hotels in Rimini - this hotel is not at par with them - it is rather basic.
