The staff at Hotel Sorriso was wonderful! Our receptionist Nadia was very friendly and gave us great local tips and recommendations for restaurants and beaches. Thanks to the staff, we had a great stay and felt very welcomed. The location was also ideal, as we did not need a car or bus pass to explore a wide variety of restaurants, clubs, shops and beaches within walking distance. The hotel also offers free rental bikes, though we found we could walk everywhere we needed to go. The hotel is on a quiet side street near the main road and only a few minutes walk from the beach. The hotel and surrounding area felt safe and was quiet at night. Our room and the hotel lobby was clean, well-maintained, air conditioned, and had strong wifi.

The television in our room did not work due to an issue with the antenna, according to hotel staff. In our bathroom, the shower head mounting was broken, which sometimes caused water to spray all over the bathroom. Despite these issues, however, the hotel was definitely worth the price.

The hotel personnel were exceptional. When we arrived and wanted to check-in there was some problem with our rooms that probably happened because of booking. But the ladies at the reception were very nice and solved this problem. We had one more problem with the car and one of the ladies, Nadia, was so nice that she helped us with translating, because car mechanics spoke only italian and other lady, Angela, helped us with translating too, but with a tow car guy. We had food included and I can only say one thing about it and it was that it was very good, tasty and the portions were so big, that you couldn't finish it.

I think that we liked everything. It could be better if the AC was a little stronger.

The breakfast is varied with many options for vegetarian and non vegetarian customers. It was my first time to see such a nice buffet for breakfast. The place is also very confortable. The staff is very well trained and very friendly and attentive to customers.

Best value for money! Excelent location, just a few metters to the beach. Thanks Angela for beeing so cute and cheerful, she helped us a lot with the room and everything else! She is the best receptionist we met in Italy so far :) Also, her colleague, very kind and very good level of English! A pleasant experience, a very good choice if you are in Rimini a couple of days, wishing not to pay a lot of money for same services!

The staff was super friendly. When we had problems getting to Rimini from another city, resulting a very late arrival the staff was very willing to cooperate with a comfortable, very late check-in. We really appreciated that. The location is almost directly at the beach giving some peace off the beach promenade but still just a super quick walk to the beach. The room was nicely decorated. As we had a room on the top floor it can get a little bit warmer as anywhere else, too, but I am sure that we could easily arrange something else with the reception.

Staff was really friendly and helpful. Helped us with all the questions we had. We also got free room upgrade and breakfast. Room was really nice and clean. Air-conditioning worked great. Breakfast was tasty and with lots of options. Really close to the beach.

The only problem we had was with wifi. It didn't reach to our room. They tried to solve it, but it probably needed more time than we spent there. We could use it in the lobby and breakfast area.

Friendly staff, nice breafast. The location is good - you will not gain too much booking a hotel closer to the beach (the beach is an ocean of sunchairs anyway). Hotel as such is also quiet(er) than the ones closer to the beach.

WIFI was a bit sticky, in bathroom shower is above (against) the toiler seat - call it Italian functional style if you like :).
