Everything was just as described, with no surprises. However, the warm atmosphere and the exceptional communication with the owners and staff exceeded our expectations. Their attentiveness made our stay even more enjoyable.

Great location, not too far from the beach and main tourist avenue, while also having useful facilities, restaurants and shops nearby. A diverse, tasty and filling selection of breakfast food. Great staff - both reception were helpful with questions and room service kept rooms to stay clean and comfortable for us. To sum it up - this hotel seemed quite good value knowing the star rating and location.

Some amenities at the room could feel a bit small or uncomfortable, e.g., position of a toilet at the bathroom is not that comfortable for tall people. Walls are a little bit thin so sometimes it could get a bit loud from the street or other rooms/the hall.

We liked everything! Hotel stuff was super kind,super friendly and always eager to help and to make us feel great.The breakfast was delicious! The hotel in general,and the hotel rooms were super clean,the temperature in the rooms was always perfect.Also,the hotel was super close to the beach so that's also a thing to take in consideration for your stay! Everything was perfect,I have nothing to complain about,we will definitely come back for the next year and this experience here at this hotel made us love Italy 🇮🇹

We loved our staying at Calypso! The hotel is boutique, family run and it has a cosy, friendly flair. The rooms are small, as it is in Italy, but spotless clean. I have especially appreciated the bed matresses, really good quality and really good sleep. The staff was very friendly and flexible, especially the owners at the reception. The breakfast is a proper continental breakfast and the espresso was good. The position of the hotel is excellent, very close to the beach, near the main railway station and also close to the city centre. This makes it an ideal spot to start exploring the region, as you can easily reach Ravenna, San Marino, etc. All in all, great!

Close to restaurants, cafes, bars and grocery stores just a minute or two walk away. Beach is around the corner too. The room was really clean, overall it was nice. The balcony was a good way to chill and get some fresh air. They also offered services like bike rentals which could be a good way to get around. Breakfast was substantial and diverse. It included food like toast, cereal, cheeses, meats, some fruit, yoghurt, eggs/sausages, and lots of cakes and baked goods. Coffee and tea as well of course.

The AC seemed to work only late afternoon or at night weirdly, so if it gets really hot during the day you'll need to open the doors/ windows. Not a big deal though.

Great location of the hotel overall, walking distance to the Old town, beach and the central train station. Rooms were clean, well kept. AC was working, wifi was strong and breakfast delicious! The staff was absolutely amazing and welcoming. We felt like home. As a plus, we received a room with balcony and a very nice view. Grazie per averci ospitato!

Maybe, they could add a little kettle to prepare tea/coffee in the rooms or in the common area.

Breakfast was fine, many different Italian sweet things & cakes and no lining for coffee machine. There was also some basic toast and cereals, juice and fruits but I would not rate those with 10 stars, the cakes and coffee I would though. The fact that in the rooms there is no window but small balcony, is also making the room silent and there is no noise from the street. Very good location near the central beach area but also on a more quiet street. Would choose this over the busy beach front hotels for sure!

There were little ants in our balcony, who sometimes came to room side also, so don't be afraid of them. I think it's just normal in this area. The hotel was otherwise VERY clean and beds were super clean, etc.

Very friendly staff, near to the beach, tasty breakfast and fair price. Thanks to the team of the hotel for the great holidays!

Our room was too hot, it was sometimes not ideal for a good sleep. But with an opened window it‘s okay (for us it wasn‘t critically, especially considering the fair price for the stay, and other advantages of this hotel). As a recommendation for the hosts: it would be great to have a clothes dryer on the balcony.

Location - Hotel was walking distance to train station, marina beachside and historical centre.

Everything was fine with hotel but we were not happy with bathroom. The toilet was right in front of a tiled wall which was so close that i had to be careful not to headbut the wall. The shower was situated next to the toilet and there was not enough room to step into or out of the bathroom floor.

It's one of the best hotel I've ever been!! We felt like home thanks to the staff, they are incredibly helpful and their hospitality is indescribable! A few things to mention: perfect coffee even for the breakfast, reasonably comfy beds, very good A/C, close location to the beach 5-7 mins, utmost cleanliness, nice front terrace to enjoy life and get together, etc... All costs were known before arriving: parking and sunbeds (which is highly recommended). I'd like to take the chance here to say big thanks to the staff especially for the twins!!! If we ever come back to Rimini we don't need to think anymore where to stay.

It's absolutely a minor thing: a little bit bigger fridge would have been nice.
