Great location, easy to reach from train station and city centre. Ideal for dinner and accessing the beach.

The air con wasn’t working as well as we hoped for. Breakfast could do with more vegetarian/vegan options as very limited on this.

Clean and modern, small room but enough space for one night, my room had a small balcony. Bathroom was also newish and good size. Breakfast was included in my room rate and was a good surprise on what was offered, shame I was in a rush to catch a train. Location was 2 blocks back from the beach esplanade and 15 mins walk from the train station.

My double bed was 2 singles pushed together, my only suggestion would be a mattress topper as I kept ending up in the crack between the mattresses.

The location is really nice. You're within 5 minutes off the beach. The room was decent, nothing special but nothing really bad.

Can be a little bit noisy at times. Heard people have some "fun" 2 rooms further down the hal. You are in a relative lively city so do expect some drunks coming home at odd hours.

Simply loved this place, it’s close to the beach, close to the Rimini train station. They’ve been pretty nice to us. Our room was cleaned every day. The breakfast was more than enough.. I was able to pick every day something new. one more star 🌟 to their coffee ❤️🙏🏽 if we are going back to Rimini then I’m sure where to stay.

All the workers were extremely friendly and responsive. The view from the window was magical and the location was pretty convenient cuz my friend and I had to go to the train station early in the morning

Not gonna lie since the location was close to the train station you could've heard all the trains that were passing by. Everything else was just great

The location was great, close to the beach and to the old town. Just near the hotel are a lot of shops, cafes and restaurants. The staff was very nice and helpful.

The room was very small and there were no any table and chair in the balcony.

The location was great. Only 15 minutes walk from the train station and very close to the beach. The staff was very friendly and enthusiastic. We were allowed to leave our luggage in the hotel after check-out. The breakfast was tasty with lots of variety (however had to choose either sweet or savoury). The beds were comfortable. Quiet at night.

There was a mix up when we arrived and we received keys to a room that still wasn't clean and didn't even have the number of beds we required. The issue was quickly resolved, however, the room we got in the end had a double bed instead of two single beds which we booked. The breakfast was really good but I wish I didn't have to choose between savoury and sweet. It would be good to have an option of a little mixture of both (that's just a personal preference) Terrible view from our balcony (wall of another rebuilding).

We had an amazing stay. Staff was very helpful and always with the smiles on their faces. Breakfast was plentiful, with choices of sweet and savory.

The Staff were very friendly, communicative and helpful. The room was being cleaned every day. Fresh towels everyday. Bed done everyday. Breakfast nice, and tasty, coffe perfect. One minus for lack of vegetable like tomato or cucumber. I guess this is the way they serve the breakfast. Other than that just perfect. Best croissant :) Location near the main street of the seaside and restaurants. 2 min walk to the beach where you have to pay to stay, or 10-15 min walk to the free beach where you can sunbathe with towels, free of charge. Highly reccomend!

Staff very helpful and friendly, room was clean. Good value for the money, close to beach, restaurants and train station. For travel alone is perfect.

Breakfast could have been a bit more divers.
