The location next to a train station is very convenient. Both the station and the railway are located underground, so despite close distance, there is no noise from trains whatsoever, which is nice. The restaurant nearby serves delicious food. It is worth to visit it more than twice, because everything tastes great. It is very convenient solution to have something between a hotel and an apartment. Swimming pool is nice and the water is clear, which is nice. The swimming pool is nice, but small and shallow (about 1.4 meters deep). Water is salty, so no chlorine inside. The rooms are very spacious. There are also big terraces. There is equipped kitchen, which is nice, because you can prepare some meals on your own.

I would like to be able to have lower temperature in my apartment though. The air-conditioning was doing acceptable, but not perfect. At around 6PM there is indeed that situation, in which a nearby restaurant (delicious food by the way) turns on their oven, and then for the following 20 minutes a black smoke flows toward the swimming pool. Apart from that moment the pool is nice. Mind that you would have to pay additionally for cleaning your room. If you want to go to the swimming pool, then you need to either have your own towel, or pay for rent the towel from the hotel (you are not allowed to use your room-towel at the swimming pool). I do not find it as a problem, but it is nice to be aware of it upfront.

The pool was lovely, lots of fun for the kids, lovely lounges and kabanas to rest on. The breakfast was full of a great selection of foods - both local and international The location is excellent because there is a train station almost immediately next door to get to the city. There are also lots of shops and restaurants nearby you can walk to. The room was well appointed and had very good air conditioning. The kitchen gave us the option to eat at home for some meals.

The large bed wasn't very comfortable (it's the style of 2 beds pushed together). The laundry costs to wash and dry clothes. Pool towels are not provided and it costs to hire them.

The hotel was managed by welcoming friendly staff. Pool manned by a lifeguard. Breakfast was plentiful. The studio apartment was bright and airy with a balcony overlooking the local spirt centre tennis Court- good entertainment. The apartment was clean and had all you needed Although out of the city the Hotel is easy accessible by bus, train and metro links. A taxi to the airport is 60 euros.

We had a few problems with the shower flooding, and the staff arranged a maintenance chap to fix it. However, , it was a bigger problem and continued to flood the shower tray, bathroom and out into the corridor.

Nice view, clean apartments , all necessary utensils, pool is clean and warm. Stefan works at the reception - very polite, and also at the breakfast restaurant, very polite Giovana.

We did not like the noise and smells that are constantly present from the neighboring restaurant. They are very noisy in the morning. And also we believe that the hotel should make a rule - do not allow women and men with long hair in the pool, hair must be collected, as sometimes they are wound around hands, fingers and this is not hygienic.

Reception staff was incredibly friendly and always there to help as well as provide any additional information you might need. The pamphlet on locations and how-to was amazing. Everything was quite straight-forward and the value for money based on facilities and location was incredible. We were mainly outside exploring Rome and Italy, however, coming back to our apartment only brought us joy and the feeling of comfiness.

Not necessarily bad, but the stuff within apartment is a tiny bit outdated. Also, the shower was not a standard one but the shower head was coming from ceiling so if you do not want to wash your hair, it might be a bit of a challenge to shower. However, these are only small remarks about the stay and we would definitely still again stay at the hotel.

We booked the Adagio Rome (Vatican) having previously stayed in the same chain in Paris. Traveling with a family they are perfect. We were lucky to be upgraded with two adjoining apartments, this helped the children (13 and 11) have their own space. The apartment was an excellent location to get into Rome, on a train line (trains every 15 mins or so) which then joined Metro line A. Also on a bus route to Central Rome (although we used the train). Staff on reception were always so helpful with every aspect of our stay. You know what to expect when you book the Adagio chain but for our stay the staff were fantastic and nothing was ever too much trouble. The restaurant next door (Capperi) served really good food at a reasonable price. We ate there on two evenings of our stay and both times the food was great. Thanks so much - will return again, probably in a different city!!

Nothing.

Perfect location. Railway station 150 meters from the hotel. From there, two stations to the subway ... the subway, close to everywhere;) We were in the studio. The room had a small stove, microwave, kettle and fridge. everything you need to prepare a quick meal. large, clean bathroom, small terrace where you can dine when the weather is nice. Perfect quality for price.

Nothing. Was perfect ;)

Spacious apartment, clean, with everything you need inside, huge balcony, nice view, with a heating system, comfortable beds, cosy, really nice stuff- they all knew English very well. Location: 2 min from the train station Balduina. From Termini you take the metro until Valle Aurellia and then 2 more train stops until Roma Balduina. It's a nice residential complex. They serve small (8 eur)and large(17 eur) breakfast, but we didn't try it. - 2 elevators, a small grocery 2 min away, but Carrefour and Conad 650 m away. They have a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher.

If you are staying less than 7 days, the cleaning lady is not coming for free. Only upon request. But, they are giving you toilet paper and plastic bags for the trash. Regarding towels and bed linen or pillows, you have plenty from the beginning. So, nothing bed about them.

The pool was a great asset to have as it was 38 degrees. The propriety had a kitchen for self catering. The location was good, next to a train station, in 20 min we were in centre. Few restaurants around but you need to google and find them. A supermarket 10 min a way.

I liked everything but we felt we been told off when we check in and not welcome. The lady with glasses at the reception it was very strict. The rest of the staff were very nice.

the staff were so friendly and helpful. Always answered with a smile and a greeting. They were fantastic. Our room on the 5th floor was lovely with a view of wooded area. It was very near the Vatican, with a 25minute walk down hill. Well worth a visit!

Due to our lack of knowledge in Italian, a lot of information was lost in trying to find out about trains and buses, which obviously is easy for the locals. That caused us confusion, but it was our own fault.
