We could not be happier with our stay and will now always stay at the Cavalieri whenever we are in Rome. The staff were wonderful, the room was lovely and serviced several times each day and the enormous bed was fantastic !

The location meant a 12 euro cab ride to the center.

amenities were great. gardens were nice to walk, but gates closed too early. restaurant poolside was great. shuttle was very convenient into/out of Rome. concierge was amazing.

The staff were incredible and were very friendly and attentive to all of our requests. The views of Rome are stunning and it is worth paying for a room with a Rome view. The common areas are incredible and the pool and spa are well kept and great to have during the hot summer days in Rome.

The location is not walkable into central Rome but we knew that beforehand and liked the views this afforded. It was only 10 minutes taxi ride to most of the big tourist sights in Rome and there is a taxi rank right outside the hotel which always had waiting taxis.

Breakfast was perfect! Room spacious and comfortable! Pool enjoyable! Daniele at check-in was absolutely very welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly! concierge was very accomodating! would recommend to others and plan to return!

Breakfast female staff appeared annoyed to be working. It would be helpful if you advise that pool lounges up on the hill need booking and payment so we can be organised. Surprised there was an additional fee for the indoor pool. We travel extensively and that is not usual practice but we can respect there must be a valid reason for this.

Amazing rooms, so spacious and comfortable, wonderful views and grounds. Staff were very friendly and accommodating (especially Paolo from the front desk, and Simone & Anna from the concierge.

Housekeeping needs some improvement. There were several instances were a complaint had to be made to get certain things done. Lobby restaurant food was sub par for my liking, considering this is a Waldorf Astoria I expected much better.

Amazing property and amenities! So comfortable with best pool area and great staff! Lots of places to eat and drink. Never had to wait long for anything, including elevators, check-in, and room service. If you’re happy to spend the money to be very comfortable, this is the place.

A bit far from main rome, but we knew that. You can easily Uber or taxi anywhere within 15-30 minutes. Everything was an “add on” and was a tad expensive. For example, to use the sauna it was 25 euros. Food was amazing but expensive as well. Adds up to a pricey stay if you’re looking for all the comforts.

This is an incredible value the size of the room was large even by us standards and the only reason I gave the location of four was because it's a little further away from places but that being said the property is magnificent with a walking trail it surrounds it three incredible pools and breathtaking view of Rome by use the club Lounge and highly recommend paying extra for it but everything the food the staff all of it I give five stars
