calm neighborhood, close to grocery store opens 24/7 and to metro station as well, breakfast was good, comfy beds

pictures in booking looked different, toilet was smelly but the good about the hotel the ventilation with windows everywhere even in toilet, toilet handle was broken! and last but wasn't a big deal the soundproof is zero.

The location of the hotel is ideal, it was a 5 minute walk to the Museum of Vatican and 20 minute to the Basilica of Saint Pedro and since it is near the metro station of Ciprio and other public buses it was very easy to move around the city. Our room was a Triple Room, the space was just enough for us; we didn't need anything else. And the people there, very lovely, we loved the warm welcome from Roberto, the recepcionist. Overall, for the price, it is very recommended!

About the breakfast, it's not that I don't like it, but I don't love it either. There could be some changes, for example, we would love to have a variety of breakfast every other day, so it's not the same. Don't get me wrong! The food is delicious, we just like to see more! And one last thing, in our bedroom, we've eaten some snacks, and after a while, we noticed some ants around eating the food that we accidentally spilled on the floor, which kinda worried us, it didn't go to our bed, but it's important to mention it.

Had a very comfortable stay at Hotel Pacific with my family. It's not a super luxury hotel, but the rooms are decently spacious, clean and airy. The air-conditioning was good, which was SO essential for the hot Italian summer. The location can't get better than this...it's literally walking distance to the Vatican and the Sistine Chapel. The staff are friendly and accommodating of any requests. And the breakfast was really good! Highly recommend!

This was not a deal breaker, and I'm being very nitpicky...but the shower cubicle is a little on the small side, and can be uncomfortable for some people.

Room was great, better than expected for what we paid. Bathrooms were large and clean. Bedroom and beds comfortable and the staff were very helpful. The reception staff were particularly helpful and friendly and kind. Its the staff who make a business great, and the team at this hotel were fantastic during our stay.

Breakfast was really average. Not bad, just super average. All things considered, given we are in one of the best countries in the world for baked goods, pasteries, cured meats, fresh eggs, fruit and veg etc... Hotel Pacific, you are not representing! You are letting the side down! Breakfast was disappointing and it could so easily be SO MUCH BETTER and it really would NOT cost too much more (from the industry, so I know what this costs). My suggestion, do less, but make it excellent!

before my trip I had carefully read a lot of reviews of this hotel and some of them was awful but the reality is that hotel is great! Firstly, situated closed to metro and walikng distance to Vatican. Secondly, amazing staff are working in the hotel. Thirdly, very cleaan rooms, despite my room was a micro sized it was equiped well and with balcony. The room was clean and bed are very comfy. Next, it was not noise outside, especially if you compare with city center for example. The breakfast was very good as well.

I was very scare first time when some of my neibour had used the water in toilet. It was a very noise. Be ready

This hotel is situated close to Vatican City 10 minutes walk, also at few hundred meters to the metro M1 Cipro on the yellow line. Private parking. The staff was friendly and suportive at the front desk but also in the restaurant. They want you to spoil and make you feel at home with friends. The hotel is very clean, they fix the room every day. Beds are confortable and large. Room is well fitted also with fridge and boiler. Wifi free and strong. The breakfast is diversified and with good quality products for all tastes and demandings. A plus for the cofee, absolutely great. Also nice menu in the evening. Thank you all for making our stay wonderfull. Would come back with a great pleasure. 10.

1. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to help with directions and calling taxis whenever we needed to go anywhere. 2. The rooms were very clean and with air condition. The towels were changed daily and the beds were clean and comfortable. 3. Breakfast was perfect. A variety of cereals, fruits, bread, eggs, sausages etc etc. The staff were always there to top up any item running low.

Our shower room was small but didn’t change the way I felt about the hotel.

The best thing in our vacation was the stuff, we started every morning with a very welcoming " Buongiorno" from the receptionist and from mister Antonio. He made our trip better, we had a great start of the day for all of our trip just because of him. I think the breakfast was our favorite place to be in the hotel especially for the Lavazza, great food and Mister Antonio and Nick!

They could work a bit on the overal design of the rooms, as they are kind of out dated, but nothing too concerning! l

Hotel is a short walk from the Vatican city and Cipro metro station, making it a great base for exploring Rome. Overall the room was clean and comfortable and the staff was nice and helpful. Great breakfast selection.

The triple room that we were allocated was smaller than the one shown on the booking reservation and a bit more dated. Also it was located on the 5th floor and the lift was really small. Our windows were facing the street and it was really noisy, even with our windows closed. Taking that into account the price could be a bit lower.

We loved this hotel when we stayed here back in 2015, and it's even better now. They've updated the rooms, so ours was freshly renovated and much more comfortable than before. And what we liked before is still the same: very friendly staff, great central location, good breakfast, good WiFi, secure private parking. It's within walking distance of the Vatican and just a couple of blocks from a metro stop to take you to the rest of the city. Highly recommended!

The windows didn't seem to be very well insulated—we got quite a bit of traffic noise in our room.
