The location was great. Quite walkable to the Vatican which we visited for various reasons 3 days in a row. The small neighborhood restaurants were great. Anna gave us super recommendations, was easy to get ahold of & helped book our taxi to airport. Loved the coffee machine in the lobby. AC worked very well & location was quiet but yet easy to access shopping & other sites. Only a few steps from groundlevel to rooms which was appreciated carrying luggage.

Bathroom was a little small but clean. Once we got used to opening four doors it was a snap to get in and we felt secure.

The location was really good and seemed very safe ,with loads of shops around Also liked that the host was always available to help with any needs !

We expected some coffee machine inside the room not outside or at least a kettle and some coffee or tea drinks with 2 cups Also a smart tv to watch some Netflix after coming back to the room for a bit of relaxation There were no English or other countries channels on tv which for anyone that doesn’t speak any Italian it’s not great

The host was very welcoming to both of us, giving us suggestions on where to go while we were in Rome. Each day there were clean towels and bed sheets, and they even gave us some prosecco to celebrate a special occasion we had while in Italy. We were given our own keys, so we could come and go as we pleased, and we were on a main road close to Piazza Del Popolo which was convenient for our booked tours of Italy.

Well maintained, clean, and comfortable. Great location. Very friendly staff welcomed us, and were so amenable too - we were able to leave our bags in storage and pick them up later with a set of spare keys.

Would have been good to have a kettle in the room, but apart from that, nothing we didn't like!

- Quite expensive - Small rooms (no balcony) - Noise/ bad isolation (you can hear the street and all what happen in the other rooms) - Not very comfortable beds - Pictures are overrated

clean, neat, not in the center of Rome but at the same time not far. Close to the Varican city and numerous local restaurants with good food.

The suites are mainly rooms of a whole floor in a residential building. although ok for a shower and a good night sleep, Quite small and without space for having your breakfast - worths mentioning that the included breakfast is offered in a bag and you can only have it in the room as there is no other common area on the floor. There is no chair or table in the room though to have your breakfast… we refrained from receiving the breakfast bag after the first day Also the rooms (at least our room) was not that soundproof.

Anna was thorough and very helpful. The room was clean and bathroom shower powerful. Loved the location, close to great shops, restaurants and attractions. The only issue was size, the room was smaller than expected and the bed squeaky. We were there for only three days, so I didn’t complain. Having an espresso machine in the lobby was convenient. Would book again.

The room was amazing, very clean and good standard. The location was perfect, 5 minutes from Vatican City and 10 minute tram from everything else. It was exactly what we needed and our host was very helpful and kind. Thank you for giving us an amazing holiday!

Airconditioning wasn’t working properly

I just realized after looking at my pictures that we were given the wrong room. Still happy with what we were given though, just the other one had more windows and ddifferent decor with a desk. We didn't get that
