Wonderful guest house, everything is as described. The room is excellent, clean, tidy, equipped, daily cleaning. Perfect view to the Vatikan from the balcony. Shared kitchen, where you have absolutely everything. WiFi excellent! Host Gino is perfect, great communication, he is thinking about everything, every detail that you can need while enjoying Rome. Bus stations are across the building, great connections to the city center and to both airports (although you can have a nice walk to the center too). Train station is also close, walking distance. There are shops and many restaurants nearby. All recommendations for everybody who wants to feel like at home!

Everything was perfect!

Staff (Gino) was amazing, and was accommodating for our late check-in by sending us an autonomous guide. The location is also great, san pietro is a quieter but very nice area of Rome. The room was cleaned daily. Kitchen & vending machine facilities are also useful. The room was very spacious and had a cool balcony.

The bedding could do with a refresh, it's bobbling. Value for money on the stay? It's tough to say because Rome is so expensive, also please consider the city tax is heavy in summer months (6 euro per person per night).

I stayed here for three nights by myself. The owner is very helpful. When I told him that I was planning to visit the Colosseum, he politely told me what bus to take from the bus stop in front of the hotel. He also explained to us how to use the facilities in the hotel one by one when I checked in. The key to my room could be locked from the inside, which made us feel safe. There was a kettle in the room, so I was able to have a hot drink every day.

The way to lock the door is a little different from Japanese locks, so it was a little difficult to get used to it. There was no refrigerator in the room, which was a little inconvenient. (There was a shared refrigerator in the kitchen.)

Very kind, helpful and hard working owner. Daily cleaning. Convenient location. There is a market very close, with fruits/vegetables/bread/cheese and all kinds of things. Big building, high ceiling. Rooms located at 2nd floor. Good soundproof. Although there seems business downstairs, we didn't hear any noise. spacious room and bathroom.

kitchen is kind of small, but we didn't use it much, just to store things in the refrigerator. shower door cannot be completely closed, but it didn't bother us at all.

What a great location for exploring Rome! Super close to Vatican and walkable to all the main tourist sites. We only used the bus a couple of times when we were tired. Gino was a very welcoming and helpful host, with recommendations and lots of info about the area. The room was lovely, fresh and nicely decorated! Kitchen area was a bonus for keeping water cold. Plenty of nice restaurants within 2 mins walk, lovely Pastries from the place downstairs. Throughly recommended for a trip to Rome

Shower pressure was very low and hot water took a while to heat. Street was a little loud as there was no glass in one of the outer window panels. Sirens were frequent

Location close to the Vatican, 8 minute walk Supermarket was close Great Gelaterie, restaurant, Caffè nearby with good prices Bus station which goes to Piazza Venecia Big advantage is a kitchen with everything you need (stove, microwave, fridge,...) Gino is a great host, helps with everything you need, replies to messages quickly, provides useful information, etc. AC was a great addition Our room was quiet, because it's on the other side of Vatican, so no crowds of tourists at night Train station is close, so with one change you can get to the airport easily (8 minute walk max) Selection of teas and kettle in the room

The coffee machine is working funny, but you can grab a much better coffee close for cheap, so no problem at all

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We received lots of help and recommendations from Gino, thank you for making our stay so nice! The room was comfortable and had a balcony with a perfect view of Basilica di San Pietro. The hotel has a communal kitchen with all appliances and free coffee, cappucino, and tea. Everything is very clean. There is a bus stop just outside the hotel to get to the city centre (Piazza Venezia) in just 20min. There are lots of bars, restaurants and a grocery store less than 5 minutes from the hotel.

Make sure to get protection against mosquitoes during summer season when enjoying the balcony.

Gino was an incredibly friendly and helpful host. Rooms are comfy and quiet - we enjoyed having a coffee on our balcony with a view of the St. Peter's Basilica. There is a bus stop right in front of the apartment that provides easy access to the city center.

The location is superb, the rooms are super comfortable and well equipped! There is an electric kettle in each room, which is very convenient. Moreover, you can use the shared kitchen: there is a coffee machine, a fridge and all the stuff you need for cooking. The beds are very comfortable as well, and even if it is cold, you can use a heater, so you definitely will feel warm and cozy in this place. Gino is the best host a traveler could ever dream of. He is very friendly, kind, and attentive to all his guests.

Gino is a very friendly and helpful host. The location is perfect for visiting the most popular Roman landmarks. The size of the room was appropriate for 2 travellers. There is availability to use the kitchen if needed, a nice addition (though we didn’t use it!).

The insulation from the road noise is poor. We visited during a very busy long weekend and in the night was very loud, even with the windows closed and the blinders completely down. I would recommend using earplugs :-)
