Upon our arrival, EMI welcomed us warmly and provided a detailed explanation of the area and navigation tips. He also offered information on local establishments we might want to visit, such as restaurants. Additionally, there was a table equipped with maps, informational sheets, and travel guides. The community kitchen was conveniently located near our room and well-equipped. EMI allocated a shelf in the refrigerator for each room and supplied juice and milk for all guests. Notably, after mentioning our vegetarian/vegan diet, he kindly provided soy milk without prompting, which we found very thoughtful. The room was cozy, clean, and featured a door leading to the balcony which had dark, light-blocking curtains. The smart TV functioned smoothly and included services like Netflix. A breakfast area was stocked with croissants, an espresso machine, and cookies, all replenished daily during cleaning. We were grateful for the in-room amenities and the attention to detail. The bathroom was luminous and elegantly designed, with ample storage space. The walk-in shower boasted a multi-functional shower head that offered both waterfall and horizontal jet options. All necessities were conveniently placed, contributing to a very comfortable stay. EMI's additional efforts truly made us feel welcome and at home.

There is nothing that stands out for us as a dislike for this rental. Everything EMI and the cleaning crew did for us was outstanding.

Nice and quiet location 20 minutes walk to St Peter’s Cathedral

Walls inside are thin, we experienced repeatedly noise from guests with crying children during three nights. We didn’t mind.

The host Emiliano was brilliant! He made us very welcome and always there even virtually or by text when you need him for help or advises. The accommodation is super clean and what you needed for breakfast is always being top up of the duration of your stay. Bed is super comfy. Our room has an ensuite bathroom. With aircon. Location to Vatican City is just 10-13 minutes if you go thru the entrance to St. Peter Basilica or you can try entrance thru Vatican museum which is 20-25 minutes walk. This guest house is highly recommended you will never be disappointed. We are a very happy customer indeed.

As we are not technically expert I must admit so we were struggling a bit with connecting our device to the tv but eventually we managed to watch Netflix 😁. Not that we didn’t like the property , the property is great it is just that telly is not that straight forward .

Emiliano was one of the best hosts we've ever had across all of our travels. He was extremely timely on responses, provided numerous great recommendations on things to do and places to eat, but went above and beyond and helped us book a taxi for an early morning pickup. The accommodations were extremely clean and orderly with maps and business cards of area restaurants to visit.

The only thing we didn't like was the fact that we only booked 3 nights and not longer for our stay in Rome as with all the great recommendations we would have liked to have stayed for longer.

The location was perfect for our 4 days stay: 5 minutes walk for the next bus stop, 10 minutes to St. Peter's square. The breakfast was really good, we could eat it on our own terrace. (We were in room No.2.) Room was cleaned every day, the air condition functioned well. Kitchen well-equipped, bathroom smart and clean. Emiliano, the owner organised everything with maximum flexibility and discretion (super "guest is the first" mentality).

we received more than I expected. I didn't know breakfast was included, but we were greeted with home - baked apple pie. the apartments had to be cleaned every day. quiet area, everything you need is available

the kitchen area is shared with the neighbor's room, it will all depend on what the neighbors will be

Host was waiting for us with a warm welcome. Room was lovely with a great balcony. Beds were so comfortable. Breakfast was great, with all the usual breakfast delights. Specially the strawberries. Location was in easy walking distance to the main attractions and great restaurants near by specially The Goose.

Our private bathroom was across the hall which I wasn't expecting but once you got used to the routine it was OK and good.

Emiliano was very nice, super accommodating, and very punctual. He had great suggestions for food, and was very helpful with any questions that we had. He assisted us with figuring out the public transportation systems in Rome, and that made our trip a whole lot easier. Also, the breakfast and coffee was completely restocked every day.

Emilano was excellent. He was there to meet us on our arrival, and booked a cab for us when we were leaving and was there to say goodbye. Each morning he arrived around 10 to 10:30am and provided pastries, water and fruit. There was also access to tea and coffee in the communal kitchen. Also there was an espresso coffee machine in the room with the espresso coffee pods. A very friendly and attentive host. Thanks Emilano you were great.

The location is excellent. Just ~10-15 minutes walking distance from Vatican. By 5-10 minutes of walking, you can get into several ££ restaurants. The host, Emiliano, is a very warm and welcoming guy. From day 1 (once we booked the room online), he was in contact with me through WhatsApp. He was always available and if we need anything, we asked him through WhatsApp messages and he always quickly responded. He is very responsible. I really recommend this guest house for travellers who want to explore the city and have a very clean place to stay over night. The guest house also have two rooms. One is en-suite. For the other, the toilet/bathroom is outside the room (but dedicated to that room only). Also there is a large fridge/freezer in the kitchen with all the stuff that one may need for cooking. So if you want to totally avoid eating outside (either you do not like outside food or you want to save your money), the EMI guest house is one of the best options. There are some grocery shops very close to the guest house. BREAKFAST: from tens of searches we made before our booking, we understand that within the range of prices we were looking for (£80-£90 max per night), you usually should not expect a fancy breakfast (egg, cheese, honey, ham etc.). Having said that, the EMI provided us with tea / coffee (as much as you want), some fruits (banana and apple), butter and jam/Nutella, fruit yogurt, bread slices, and cookie/pastries. But as I said, you can simply buy cheese or ham (or whatever you want) and use it.

There are always noises from nearby streets but I am assuming is more or less the case in all places in Rome unless you find for instance a hotel with back garden in which case you have to pay much more.
