I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful place in Rome with my husband. Our host, Ivanka, was not only lovely but incredibly welcoming. Her warm hospitality added a personal touch to our stay that made us feel right at home. The location of the hotel couldn't have been better. Just a short 10-minute walk from the St. Peter's Basilica, it made our sightseeing and exploration of Rome extremely convenient. The breakfast was amazing as well! The selection was diverse, and we looked forward to it each morning. Overall, our stay at this hotel was a delightful experience, thanks to the wonderful host Ivanka. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome and looking for a stay.

We loved our stay here. Our host was helpful and had some good tips for us on our arrival. She personally made our breakfast each morning which we really loved as everything was home made. She was helpful in providing maps and directions to take to tourist spots. The room itself was spacious and comforable. A short walk to the Vatican with shops and restaurants nearby but on a quiet street. Would stay here again and recommend to others.

Ivanka is a fantastic host and really took good care of us, making sure we had everything we needed. The accommodation is very clean, nicely appointed, and comfortable. It’s also in a great location, perfect for visiting the Vatican, and very easy to get in and out of central Rome. Either a 10-15min walk, or an even quicker bus journey on the 46, will get you across the river and open up all the main options.

Very easy walking distance to St Peter's Square with many good restaurants, cafes and shops close by. Ivanka and her son, Francesco were very friendly and helpful. Our room had a lovely balcony and we enjoyed watching the parrots from here. Very nice breakfast with plenty of options to suit.Great to have a fridge and a safe in our room. Would happily return to this B&B

The service and support we were offer were exemptional. I called the property at around 8pm as I urgently needed to book a room from that night due to other property failing to provide room that was paid for. The customer service was wonderful. They stayed on the phone with me to ensure the room is allocated. they were very clear what to expect. The room was clean, safe, in very good location, and the breakfast was lovely.

Very close to Vatican City. Also room was very clean, tidy and quite at night. Neighbourhood also safe for tourist and location is very close to St. Peter train station and bus station. Madame Ivanka was very nice to us, also make perfect cappucino ( one of the best in Italy :) Hope to see them again soon.

Ivanka is a wonderful, helpful host. She let us know which train to catch from the airport and gave us tips and hints regarding travel in Rome. There was plenty to eat at breakfast, and a very important cup of English tea. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. We were 10 minutes from the Vatican, so had a beautiful stroll every morning across the river into the city.

Very well presented clean apartment. Charming, helpful host, very caring when when when my wife fell ill with migraine providing drinks & snacks, and advice on where to get medical help and medications. Nothing was too much trouble. Attractions are close (Vatican 10-minute walk) train station and shops less than 5. Highly recommended for couples or singles.

There are 10 steps up to the elevator. Difficult if you have heavy luggage and are an elderly traveller. The location is great for going to St Peter’s, but a bit out of the way for other attractions.

Ivanka provided a fresh and varied breakfast. My daughter said her cappuchino is the best she has ever tasted. Ivanka called taxis for us and cleaned our room to a spotless standard.Sweet Dreams is situated on a quiet residential street but is only minutes away from good Restaurants and St Peter's Square.

There was some confusion when we arrived as there isn't actually a label for Sweet dreams on the call buzzers on the door plate, and I do not have a modern mobile which accepts aps. However, my brother rang to number and Ivanka's lovely son let us in.
