Beautiful, comfortable room. Aircon worked well. Shower had lots of power. Bed was very soft. All very clean and the owners were lovely and accomodating. Good kitchen facilities if you wanted to make your own food. The apartment is shared with other guests in other rooms but it's very quiet/peaceful/safe/clean. Location was very safe, 20 mins walk from the Vatican. Lots of nearby cafes and a supermarket too. Really good price for Rome!

We liked everything. The only thing to be aware of is that it's 20-25 minutes walk from the nearest metro so if you have heavy bags, make sure you also have good shoes

Clean, quiet, check in was easy, easy to communicate with the host. The room was cleaned every day.

We didn’t need to cook, but the “no cooking” rule is a little strange and should maybe be more clear when booking. It is a little further out, but the neighbourhood is very nice with nice cafes nearby.

Sparkling clean! Spacious room, everything as described, friendly and helpful host who kindly provided us with guidance on how to reach the property. Walking distance to the Vatican and the city centre (a bit further away). Quiet neighbourhood.

The only thing that bothered a bit was the sport shower gel that smelled like men's aftershave lotion. Could recommed replacing it with a more neutral shower gel.

It was incredible. Hosting, support, clesnliness. My partner was too sick to come on holiday. The owner refunded the money in an instant. I had an issue with the door, sorted immediately!

Google maps. Do not wait for a 982 bus. Get any other bus/uber/train googlemaps says you are 30 mins from Vatican- you are 10!

We stayed four nights in room with balcony. Very clean and comfortable. Wi-fi is excellent, Coffee machine in the room, bathroom,balcony.. Apartment is on the first floor near Vatican.. Owners are very friendly and responsive. Thank you Lorenco and Cristiano we enjoyed..

The room was very clean and stylish. We were pleasantly surprised that the room was cleaned daily and the towels were changed as well. All furniture was new. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Near the apartment is a bus stop and there are many restaurants and grocery stores in the area. Vaticane is in 15 min from apartment. The owner Lorenzo is a very nice man, he explained everything in detail about the check in.

The bad was too noisy, we waked up at night because of it noise😓please pay attention on it. The apartment is a little bit far from main monuments in Rome.

Owner was always available and extremely friendly and accommodating. He personally cleaned daily with an assistant the entire premises was always impeccably clean. The owner went out of his way to help in any way and he spoke excellent English.

Very nice accomodation, nice clean room, nice bathroom. Place is located 10 minutes walking distance from Vatican. We arrived late at night and we got virtual key to open door, this was perfect! Coffee machine in the room! Clean towels, we had balcony in our room. It was really quite and comfortable.

- a bit far from subway, around 20 minutes walk but there is bus stops - noisy bed, I was waking up every time I wanted to turn at night, we told this to the owner, I hope he will fix it - noisy ventilator in the bathroom, once you turn the light on, I think it was waking up whole apartment, we heard it from the neighbours - we stayed there only 2 nights and second day we got fresh towels and new soap, I think we should think more about ecology and keep the same thing during 2 night stay, I really don't need fresh towels every day

Everything!!! The location was awesome, a walking distance from Vatican which we've visited every day, the host is amazing and we had a lovely stay that we would be more than happy to repeat.

Can't think of anything we didn't like.
