The location is close to Vatican (museum and basilica), about 10-15 min walk. 10 min to Valle Aurelia metro, a few stops from the city's centre (Fontana di Trevi, Barberini, Spagna) It has a fridge in the room, close to a quite large supermarket (we took something to eat for the breakfast) Close to a Pasticeria and Pizza Shop. Clean towels, comfy beds, room big for 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids). Hot water It really was lovely

The hosts were amazing. Always there for whatever I needed. One day, there was a problem in the street and the municipality had tu cut the water supply to everyone in the area. Mr. Walter was there to propose any kind of possible solutions and alternatives. Thank you!

It was very hard (near impossible) to get warm water from the shower. Me and my Family got to shower with cold water because it would take around 10 min to get hot and it would last for less than 30 secs. Other than that, the WC seemed to struggle to flush. In general, the bathroom might need an upgrade :)

Great and friendly owner, he helped us a lot with everything we needed. The room (for 3 people) was big and the beds were comfortable. The radiator was open so the temperature was good. Close to the apartment there are places for food, drink, mini markets etc.

The bathroom door had a gap on top so it is not soundproof. The house is a bit away from the center so you always need a bus. The apartment though, is close (5-10 minutes on foot) from the bus and metro station.

The accommodation was absolutely sufficient for our needs during our stay in Rome, near the Vatican. Room for 4 people with private bathroom, comfortable beds, kettle, mugs, coffee, tea, water available. The host Giuseppe is very pleasant, always willing to help, he responded to our messages immediately, gave us a map and showed us the best way to get to the historic center of Rome. On the last day of our stay, he willingly stored our luggage for us until our flight home, for which we thank him very much, it was very helpful. We can definitely recommend this accommodation, we would definitely stay here again next time.

too small room for 4 people, we knew about it while booking but during stay was not that easy but that’s nothing with the owner. being Easter holiday time all apartments were either sold out or very expensive so manageable.

The room was really nice and cozy. We had a small balcony and it was really nice to have breakfast there. Location is also good, just 10 minutes walking to the nearest metro. There are many shops and cafes in the surrounding area 👌🏼 The owner was really kind and easy to communicate. He added another bed for my friend when I asked and I'm grateful to him for that. Very nice place to stay, not far from city centre, but not crowded area 👍🏼

The hospitality was great. The owner had a collaborator waiting for us when we arrived at room. He explained us with details everything we should know about room and then gave us some travel tips about Rome. The communication was in English. The room was bigger than we expected and really clean. The place was quite.

We had no complaints at all. The only drawback, but no so serious, is that we expected the room was closer to the center of Rome.

Our experience was amazing! Giuseppe, even before our arrival, answered all questions and helped us promptly! When we arrived, he welcomed us with sympathy and the room is exactly like in the photos - Spacious and airy. Upon arrival, Giuseppe took me to the street and showed the location of the place where we had our breakfast, signaled on the map the places of interest and how to get to them from the accommodation - There was also a bottle of cold water for us, spectacular! During the stay, it also helped us with other issues we need. The room is big, as well as the bathroom - We were in two couples and we don't need to squeeze ourselves. The bathroom is also large and very clean and had towels and liquid soap - Delicious shower! The location is excellent and very well served by public transport - We used the 916 bus to almost all the main sights of Rome and went to the Vatican on foot, about 15 minutes. If all this were not enough, Giuseppe kept our suitcase. When we return to Rome, we will undoubtedly return to the Olympic Relais - We will recommend it to friends and family! Wonderful, friendly owner/manager who took time to explain everything about the local buses and metro. The location was very good, close to bus stops and very near St. Peter’s and the Vatican museums. The place to get the included coffee & pastry breakfast is Papagallo Restaurant/Café, which is both great and an excellent value.

I think the toilette/bathroom could use an update, as could the windows, patio, and electrical outlets. The traffic on the street is quite heavy and so it can be bit noisy.

The owner is very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and it was cleaned everyday. Check in and check out were very easy. There is a bus stop right in front of the building and more bus stops nearby.

The breakfast was in another location, we had to walk 400 m from the apartment. The breakfast was very tasty, but it could be improved with more variety (the only option was coffee or cappuccino and a croissant)
