The room is located very close to Vatican and to the bus station, so it is very easy to get everywhere you want by foot or using public transport. Room is part of rebuild apartment and includes private bathroom. The main thing worth mentioning is that it was very clean, what is the most important for me. The mattress and pillows are comfortable and the bed is quite wide for two adults. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The value of the room was fantastic. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. They provided a small fridge, coffee and tea making supplies, toiletries, and nice bed linens. It is a small room but we spent 1 day and it was adequate. They offered a TV, free wifi and a small lift. The staff was wonderful and helped me with my luggage. I would stay again for short visits. We ate "all you can eat" sushi at a nearby restaurant and it was excellent.

I could hear quite a bit of traffic noise, especially with window open.

It was close to the Vatican, 15 min walk. The room was big enough for 2 people, it had a balcony. The owner left us water and coffe pods so we can drink every morning. They replyed fast to all our questions via whatsapp. The bed was super comfortable and they cleaned the room every morning.

I didn't liked that the walls were a little dirty and it was quite noisy due to the traffic.

the room was soo small. there was the bed and almost no space left on the sides. the only place where you could store the clothes, drawers under the bed were so dusty that I ruined a t-shirt.

The spot is very well located, 15 minutes by walk to St Peter's Basilica and bus stop literally in front of the building. Many nice places to eat in around and numerous shops. There is always coffee and tea to make, towels are very clean and changed regularly every 3 days and the staff is extremely nice and helpful :) Very good choice for a short stay :)

The apartments have quite thin walls so any noise is unfortunately well heard from one room to another

The accommodation was amazing, the room had a nice atmosphere. There was no problem with a later check-in. The room had a hot tub and a coffee maker. There was breakfast in the bar below the accommodation which included a croissant and coffee, it was very tasty. They also had excellent pizza in this bar. Free street parking was found close to the accommodation. Excellent location near the center of Rome and the Vatican.

Very well equipped, clean and cosy , close to the bus stop which took us everywhere, a 10 min walk to the Vatican.

Great location - close to the Vatican and the center of Rome. One hour walk from the Termini station. Extra coffee. Functional air conditioning, fridge and a good supply of towels. Helpful stuff. (A small note on the description of the equipment - bathrobes are also listed, but not in the room, which is confusing.)

You can hear roommates in other rooms if the roommates are noisy.

Lovely little room in a nice area. Located only about 10 mins walk from. Vatican City and about 15 mins on the bus from the historical centre

The room was very clean and nice, towels and bedsheets changed almost every day. Location very close to Vatican.

The walls are very thin, we could hear everything the neighbours will do(children crying, using the toilet, speaking,etc.). Also, the breakfast includes a coffee and something sweet, which is not always an option for everyone (ex.diabetes).
