Everything was great the rooms were clean and comfortable, the bathroom was very nice and a great size, and the room had a great amount of space to place your bags while you go out and explore the city. The location is perfect for anyone who wants to visit Vatican City especially early in the morning before the crowds. Stefano arranged a shuttle to make our late arrival to Rome much easier for us to get to his B&B. Stefano and his assistant are always helpful with any of your needs and is always checking in to make sure your stay is perfect!

Only thing that was a bit tricky was the doors at first but you just have to get use to them as some have double locks or need to be opened via a phone call but again Stefano is always there to help any of his clients with their entry no matter the time.

Communication from and with Stefano was excellent. The apartment offered shared kitchen and sitting area for all rooms. Throughout was extremely clean. Our room was very comfortable and we enjoyed having a veranda to chill on at the end of a long day. Great location with everything literally on doorstep, Metro, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, etc. The neighbourhood itself was very friendly and safe. Met some lovely people.

It is perfect location to visit Vatican for a reasonable price. My room was very nice and spacious with a private bathroom. AC worked perfectly when I occasionally needed it. It was nice to be treated with a coffee and croissant at the near by coffee shop each day. House keeping did a very nice job daily. My luggage got delayed and didn’t get delivered until after l left the place. Stefano was so helpful to make sure my luggage to be delivered to my new location. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

It was close to the metro station. The bed was comfortable. For breakfast we were given a food card for a cafe just down the street, the food was of good quality. The host was very communicative. Fridge in the room. Access to a kitchenette and eating area.

Heating didn't work, apparently there were rules for gas heating being on at certain times of the year but the internal air-conditioning/heater didn't blow out any hot air, still didn't work after a member of staff looked at it. Family with kids running up and down the hallway just outside our room early in the morning as the rooms are close to the common area.

Location very convenient and close to Cipro Metro within 3 mins walk. Plenty of bars and restaurants around despite being a residential location. The B&B is in a condo on the 5th floor. Breakfast at Pasticceria La Siciliana was superb : excellent cappuccino and a choice of a croissant just made. Courtesy and help from Stefano , owner of B&B has been excellent including organising transfer from and to airport .

The flat is located 10-15 mins from Vatican.. the neighborhood is nice with local cafes/restaurants. The supermarket is around the corner. The beds were comfortable enough.. finding a place for parking might be little challenging but it is ok. The host provided breakfast cards - and that patisserie was just amazing! The host was responsive and helpful!

Great communication with the owner Stefano via WhatsApp – he replied anytime, even in the evening, and was very helpful. B&B is located less than 5 minutes walk from a metro station Cipro and about 10 minutes walk from Vatican. Restaurants and shops in neighbourhood. Clean room and the whole flat. We stayd at the twin room that is big enough for 2 people. The room is oriented to the inner block therefore it's very quiet. Air-conditioner in the room is very useful during hot summer. Breakfasts in a near restaurant were tasty, although we would appreciate if they were more varied. To eat the same food every morning can become boring, despite how tasty it is. But we understand the owner had to cope with some limitations because of covid. (It may be good to write such information on Booking, the website of the B&B etc., so that guests aren't surprised or some of them even disappointed.)

Very noisy refrigerator in the room. We had to turn it off every night - not good if you want to store something inside it. A bit broken shower head. Water splashes around it right on your had (hair). When you reduce the water flow it’s OK, yet it would be great to change the shower head for a new one. Toilet shower head full of water stone.

The hotel is very good in relation to the price. The room was always clean. It is well located, close to the Vatican and has different options of routes with the bus and metro and the "neighborhood" where it is located is very quiet. What I liked the most was the kindness and willingness of the staff, they are always attentive to any questions or requests. It’s really nice for a city trip !

great location- close to the metro- great neighborhood shops - (check out the Paciotti shop on via Marcantonio Bragadin 51-53…..WOW!!). restaurants and coffee shops - our host was very good - great communication- tips on where to shop - really enjoyed the morning cappuccino and cornetto at an excellent spot (vouchers provided by our host for every morning we were there. quiet room, good hot water

no complaints however be careful in the shower - floor a little slippery

The location is nice. Vatican is just walking distance, buses and underground just few minutes walk. Huge balcony to spend some evenings with wine. The owner was very helpful and even contacted in advance to make sure we have all necessary for self check in (most of owners in my experience just drop an email and hope you will see it).

The room was a bit small for 3 adults, a toddler and all our stuffs. But we didn't come to spend long hours in the room anyway.
