Very cozy apartments with unproblematic online self check-in procedure and password entry to the room. Room was very clean, cozy and the location was very good for the price. Had do smile when saw the complementary sweet macarons in the room (Thank you! :)). The general area and the house was very quiet and looked nice. Had no issues with anything, thank you for the stay! I would definitely recommend it!

The only thing I would improve is that the when you communicate with the staff through messages on booking.com, they only reply in Italian and I had to translate it. As a frequent traveler I appreciate communication in English, however since we all have the various online translation options available, that was more of a light nuisance, rather than a problem. While in Italian, the staff was still very fast in their replies, very polite and friendly, so no issues at all.

Everything! We were so glad we found this accommodation. The room is absolutely beautiful and has been decorated to a very high standard. We were provided with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The balcony was amazing! The property is in a lovely area with shops, cafes (Bonci is very close!) and parks nearby. The service from Vincenzo was exceptional. We will absolutely return to this accommodation when we return to Rome.

This apartment is tidy and charming, and it is fully equipped with everything that you may require. It is conveniently located within walking distance of the Vatican and just a few minutes' stroll from the metro, which makes it easy and quick to reach the most popular destinations such as the Colosseum, Trevi fountain, Spanish Steps, etc. The neighborhood is peaceful, with a supermarket only 3 minutes away on foot, a few cafes in the vicinity, and a mall that is a 15-20 minute walk or a single metro stop away. The bed is large and comfortable, and it comes with a cozy blanket to keep you warm. The staff is incredibly helpful, and they respond quickly to messages. Grazie mille :)

The bathroom needs some renovation. When someone enters the neighboring apartments, you can hear the sound of the door opening, but it's not that often

We fully enjoyed this two-bedrooms apartment and all the facilities . It was very confortable for our family of five to have two bathrooms. The kitchen had all the utilities we needed . We do not make much but we could have cooked if we wanted. The coffee - maker was very useful as we, the adults are addicted to coffee . The apartment and the balcony is nicely designed and decorated. The beds are confortable, snow-white bed sheets, many good pillows and towels. Not enough words to describe the caring, friendly,polite and helpful personality Vincenzzo has. He attended us whenever we asked for and replied fast to our messages. He welcame us waiting in front of the building door and handled 2 sets of keys so that we could have different programme when we wanted. Thank you, Vincenzzo for everything. We will certainly come back and also tell our friends about your place.

Great location right next to the metro and more importantly across the street from the Bonci Gabrielle Pizzarium. The place has everything you need including some cold welcoming beers that you’d want to open in the August heat. Everything is functional and neat. Check in was very easy through WhatsApp and all the instructions were very clear. Perfect location to explore Rome from with a group of friends. Parking is in abundance as well!

The location is good and near the Vatican. 5 minutes walk to the metro station. There's a very very very good takeaway pizza restaurant downstairs. In the room there's a coffee machine and drinks&sancks prepared. Also there's a balcony with tables and chairs so you can spend your time here enjoying pizzas and wines. Comfortable shower.

the bathroom is tiny. the room is not soundproof we can hear voices next door at 2 AM.

Quality amenities within a small efficient space. We appreciated the soundproofed windows, great A/C unit, rain shower and the overall comfort of beds. The bunk beds were long enough for boys 6’1” which I was hoping for!! Bakery’s & street cafes down the road!!

It was a little out of town, but the location is clearly shown when booking. We walked a lot of steps!!!

It was super close to the historical center, very modern and comfortable and the owner is so welcoming and helpful, he was always available and very kind. The area is not very touristy though it was only 20min walk from the vatican (there is also a metro 5min. by foot) and has great bakeries, good local vegetable and fruit shops and restaurants - we had the best time!

The apartment is very nice, beautiful, decorated and looks nice. Nice and quiet neighborhood, 3 minutes walk from a metro station. The host is responsive.

We felt that we got less than the basic in the kitchen: not enough coffee (for 6 people for 3 days), not enough paper towels, not enough plastic bags, not enough soap and shampoo. We bought all ourselves, but it was missing. Also, the maintenance could be better (the kitchen drawers are broken, no light in the kitchen, no light in the balcony, no light in the refrigerator).

It’s a beautiful, clean and well kept room with all the amenities included. Communication of the host was spot on and check in was smooth. Host provided us with a fine iron as soon as we asked for it. It’s very close to the vatican and train station is also few minutes walk. Highly recommended. Five stars.
