The hotel is located in a local area. There is a supermarket nearby where we could buy some food for a normal price, as well as many local restaurants. The metro Cipro is 5 minutes away from the hotel which is really convenient. There is a mini kitchen with glasses/plates and other facilities so we could prepare some food, plus there is a coffee machine so in the mornings we could make some coffee. The area was really safe and quiet so we really enjoyed our stay. We want to thank Dayana (an administrator) who took care of our room. We were really satisfied with the room and the hotel in general. I will recommend this place

It would be nice to have a pair of disposable slippers in the room.

It was clean, we had some amenities like AC, a mini fridge, hairdryer. The location was what we needed, close to a metro station and also in the close vicinity to the Vatican.

The walls are very thin and we could hear everything that was happening in the room next to us, when the washing machine was running we could hear it like it was in our room. The most unpleasant thing, though, was the fact that whoever entered our room to clean it, stole one pack of cigarettes that was well hidden in a pocket of a backpack.

The room was super spacious and clean. A coffee machine was also available in the shared kitchen. Very comfortable private bathroom and nice balcony. With roller blinds I could make my room dark so the streets lights weren’t disturbing at all at night. Manolo and his collaborator was very helpful and caring, I was asked few times if I need anything or want new towels. This part of Rome is very nice to stay in because it is pretty quiet, perfect for rest after a long day in the city. Traditional italian breakfast of cornetto and cafe in a bar close to property was perfect. Metro is very close to this apartment.

Communication was a bit difficult because of language, but eventually I managed to understand.

A little bit loud in the mornings with the shared kitchenette being right outside the bedrooms. Couldn’t get AC working, though was only needed one of the nights and didn’t let staff know at the time.

The property was very close to a metro station and was well equipped.

The host barely spoke English which made the conversation really difficult. The room was not really clean. it was very dusty on the floor, my feet were always super dirty after walking in the room.

Very clean and beautiful room. Everyday cleaning. Breakfast was just 1 croissant and 1 cappuccino in a cosy caffeteria reachable with 5 minutes walking from the property, but it was enough to start the day. Metro 5 minutes by walk. Modern apartment in an older property.

The place had cafes and pizza places nearby, as well as a metro stop and the Vatican at 15min by walking.

The bathroom could have a better cleaning and checking on the shower drain.

The location is really great, it's close to the Vatican and the beautiful botanic gardens.The price was really good for what you get.Also the owner is very kind and accomodating.Would definitely go there again.
