As a location, it was ideal for us, not far from Rome centre attractions by public transportation. And yet it is a nice quite residential area with very nice restaurants and shops. Breakfast had several variations from Yogurts, toast, jams and honey and OfCourse the famous Italian pies and plum cakes. The apples were Biological and freshly picked from the owner's farm. This is not my first time at Bea Suites, and it will not be the last for sure. The owner and the staff were very helpful and kind and trying to accommodate us in every way possible.

The bathroom had the mirror light that was not working well, it kept blinking and switching off alone and I couldn't see anything. I told the cleaning lady about it the next day and she already knew about it and said that they are working on solving it, but unfortunately it was not solved until the day I left. Other than that, the room was good.

The rooms are located in the attractive, historical Quartiere Coppedè which is a quieter, cleaner, non-touristy part of Rome. We loved the old building with its tall wooden entrance door; elegant marble floors; and high ceilings. We were welcomed efficiently and warmly. The entry codes and WiFi were easily explained and we were not left feeling confused or disorientated. The bed was extremly comfortible and the bathroom was perfectly clean. My wife is a light sleeper and even she loved the mattress in our room. The airconditioning made things feel fresh after our travels from Milano; and evening exploring. Architecture fans should check out the area - especially the Fontana delle Rane.

We were woken very early by someone's cell phone's text message tones right outside our room. Perhaps guests / staff could be asked not to make excessive noise in the common areas before say 7am?

Loved the location even though out of the centre of Rome it was on the bus route. Bus can take you to Rome Termini and you can navigate your way from there. We enjoyed the location as it was quieter. Our host was friendly. The room was clean and bed very comfortable. We had hot shower and aircon in our room. There is two supermarkets close by. The building where the bnb located is quiet. The PIN code was easy to navigate. The breakfast was self service and no hot food served. It was fresh. The bnb is close to the South African embassy which was also convenient for us as we had business there. The room we stayed in was big and spacious. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast was delicious and convenient. Private rooms were large and bright. Staff were very kind and extremely accommodating. Old style elevator was really cool and helpful. Location is central enough that access to tourist destinations is relatively quick and easy, however it’s located in a residential neighbourhood which kept it quiet in the evenings.

Having to share facilities with other people. Most were fine but some were inconsiderate about thin walls (loud screaming kids first thing in the morning running in the common areas)

The staff, location, decoration and ease of this wonderful place made it a true find! it’s in one of Rome’s safest areas and near the film location of a scene from the Gucci movie -plus near the frog fountain the Beatles helped make so famous. Staff were amazing and helped us every way, including getting us a terrific, reliable driver from the hotel to the airport. loved this place and the team running it.

We arrived late at night and got a PDF file sent with all the information about how we could get inside and get the keys to our room. The staff were all very nice and the room was very clean. The location was great, there was a bus stop 1-2 minutes from the hotel, where we could take the bus to the city center. The view from the balcony was great!

The only ‘negative’ was that the breakfast could be a bit better, because the bread was a bit dry. Otherwise, everything was great!

Really really lovely rooms, nice bathroom with a fab shower, all the furnishings were new and clean, the bed was comfy, the air-conditioning worked perfectly and the lighting & tv was good too. The place is accessed with codes on the main doors that they text you when you check-in (it's super easy but the address is actually no.23 across the road of the address shown on booking.com & Google) and it's in a gorgeous quiet location too - still very urban with supermarkets and shops everywhere around but just far enough from the touristy parts of the city to be such a joy to stay in, loads of Lime scooters and bikes around too which became our go to mode of transport.

The breakfast could have been much better, it's self service (which is perfect and something we prefer) but the selection is quite poor and some items, including the milk, were stale. Also the breakfast-room, albeit pretty modern and clean, is not cosy or comfortable at all.

Incredibly hospitality and beautiful simple rooms. The hosts were so warm and made our stay very comfortable. Parking was really convenient.

I don't have much of anything to say negatively, other than it took us a few minutes to actually find the location. It could have been since we were very tired. The location is amazing and beautiful, part of the charm is that it is in an unassuming building without big signs.

This hotel is well maintained and exceptionally clean. The rooms were adequately sized and comfortable. The hotel is situated in a convenient area that is easily accessible to the nearby tram or taxi stand. There are dozens of moderate to high-end restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk, as well as lots of shopping opportunities. The staff is very friendly and responsive to their guests.

While the rooms are sound proof from street noise, the same cannot be said of the interior. It is easy to hear other guests entering and exiting as well as from adjacent rooms, whether the rooms are side-by-side or above.

the property is less then a block away from bus stops that take you directly to big touristy areas which is super convenient, it’s super clean inside and looks very nice, the room was very good with daily room cleaning, check in and check out was very easy, good bang for your buck
