Hotel located in a quieter part of Rome but very close to Via Veneto, Barberini. Ideal location to explore the city while escaping the huge crowds. Nice neighbourhood as well, with lots of great restaurants and shops nearby Lots of things are included in the price such as welcome drink, minibar drinks, etc. Best of all, staff is super helpful and friendly. Such a contrast with many other places in Rome, where service people are not always friendly towards tourists. Whenever I go to Rome I prefer to stay in less crowded areas a bit further from the centre, I find it to be more authentic. This hotel was the best I've been so far

The accommodations and location were excellent and the service was exceptional. We stayed on the top floor that opened onto a rooftop patio to enjoy each day. We could enjoy the early morning peaceful call of the birds each day. Breakfast each morning had plenty of options and was fantastic. The location was quiet and in a lovely area of Rome. Plenty of wonderful Trattorias and cafes close by, along with an exceptional bakery just across the street. Also close to a mercato and farmacia - which was particularly helpful to obtain some medicine during our stay. And a wonderful, highly rated gelateria was a short walk - with a variety of options senza lattosio. Easy to get to key sights and attractions from the hotel, and wonderful to return to again in the evening. The bed was very comfortable - we slept well. Wifi worked well. We even extended our stay an extra night. Truly, this place is a gem! We would stay here again and again, and recommend highly without hesitation.

Nothing. When we arrived, the shower pan wouldn't drain. We informed the front desk and they addressed it immediately. Fantastic!

I would say that all the staff were not only friendly and professional, but, they all went out of their way to make my stay a very enjoyable experience. From the check-in, to the custom meal for breakfast and even when i got down late (the next day, by more than 30 minutes) they went out of their way to provide us two huge plates of food for me and my partner.

I can't say that there was anything I didn't like about the stay - but, if i had to pay the $35/night for parking, i would have been disappointed, luckily, i was able to park close by for free (provided we left by 7:00 am).

The hotel is highly recommended. At check-in, we were greeted by the friendly receptionist Alessandro. He gave us a room upgrade, we are very grateful for that. The room was perfect, huge. We were greeted in the room with an adorable welcome message. There was also coffee and tea in the room. The cleanliness of the room and the hotel is perfect. The staff is always smiling and friendly. They are ready to help at any moment. The breakfast is excellent. We enjoyed croissants and cappuccino. The location is excellent. You can walk to all the main attractions, but if you don't like to walk, there are bus stops near the hotel itself. We also had a welcome drink, which we were delighted with We will definitely come again. Thanks for everything guys.

We had an amazing experience at Fiume hotel in Rome. We stayed two nights at this hotel and will stay again in this hotel during our next visit to Rome. Room was extremely clean, no odors, bed was comfortable, shower was clean and had instantenous hot water. Carlos did an amazing job accomodating us, if you experience any issues at all he will go above and beyond to solve those issues. Location was 20 minutes walking distance or less than 10 minutes by bus from termini station. Cost to value was excellent. There are two vegan restaurants in the area, one is located in the same building as the hotel.

Writing my wife’s review on her behalf. We really enjoyed our stay in Fiume Hotel. To be fair it is well-priced and they truly went above and beyond during our stay. Upon welcoming us, Carlos has been very informative and the most welcoming person ever. The room was spotless and we’ve got some free fruits and chocolates which they always replenish! The bed was very comfortable and not gonna lie we have had the best sleep of our lives in a long time. They change our towels everyday even if we didn’t ask them too so you’ll know how hygienic they are. They always ensure that our room is clean and tidy and it’s really nice going back at our room at the end of the day where everything is clean and organized. We stayed here for 4nights and 5days and such a shame that we only tried their breakfast on our last day, they’ve got the best pancakes and wide selection of their continental breakfast! We regret not trying their breakfast several times, as we mostly wake up late so it’s almost brunch everytime we ate out. I’d like to thank Carla for welcoming us warmly and making little and personalised notes on all their free gifts to us! It was really touching. And lastly to Antonio who made sure our checkout is quick and swift. Thank you again everyone! No doubt we will always come back and stay here on our next visit to Italy. This place is such a gem especially most of the hotels around the area are overpriced. But this one, wait for their sweet treat during your stay :) giving them more than 10stars if we can.

We loved the location and the neighborhood, with plenty of good restaurants. The hotel was comfortable, stylish and cozy, with a bar and seating area in the lobby. The room was excellent, with a comfortable bed, always kept immaculately clean. Upon booking, we asked for a balcony. Not only did we have a balcony, we had a room on the top floor where there is a lovely shared terrace. Breakfast was very good with a good selection of foods and fantastic coffee made to order! And the staff were just brilliant, always available to help. Could not have had a better stay.

the price is amazing, location is very good, 15 minutes by bus to the center, but also it was lovely to walk. we had our flight delayed and missed one night, but this wasn’t a problem, the staff was very helpful. also i had my birthday and got small present (thanks a lot!!) the roof terrace was amazing and you could grab a drink from the bar with you) also there was enough bathroom stuff (shampoo, gel, etc) and some snacks and coffee, which were refreshed in the morning. will be staying in this hotel more and more!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, thanks to the amazing staff. Simone and his team were so welcoming. Our flight was overnight and a six hour trip, they had our rooms ready early in the morning, even though check-in is usually in the afternoon. They didn’t charge us extra for this. We were a large group and had many requests during our stay. Each time, the staff was not only able to accommodate our needs but also provided extra help with a smile. They also helped us a lot with getting around the city, which was so kind. The hotel is in a great location, very clean, and the staff are fantastic. I felt very well taken care of and appreciated the warm and friendly service. I really recommend this hotel.

We had our belongings & Passports stolen & had to stay close to the embassy. The staff were amazingly helpful with nothing being too much trouble. As we ended up staying more than a week waiting for news of emergency docs all front of house staff took the initiative in different ways to offer us things to make our stay more comfortable. We didn’t know from one day to the next if we would need another nights stay. The breakfast was decent. Clean rooms & restaurant area. Location is good for train / metro station. Rooftop terrace is sunny most of the day. Close to shops & most of the sights are within walking distance. Fabulous staff, couldn’t have done more. Had to leave a review, normally I don’t. *****
