Corinne (manager) has done an amazing job explaining everything we needed to know and providing tips to get around Rome. The bedroom was super clean and matched the description and photos. There are amazing restaurants nearby.

The location was a bit far from the main tourist attractions walking (around 3-5 km). However, there are bus stops and metro stations nearby, therefore, it isn't a huge problem.

Overall it was a good experience, good value. I liked the fact that it was clean, the staff cleaned daily. The girl at the reception (Corinne) was very nice, polite and smiley and we had a good communication before the arrival. The rooms are close to a shopping center (5min), next to a Pam supermarket (1min) and across the street from 2 very nice coffee shops Mammarella and Faro. Also, we very much recommend Al Forno della Soffitta, also nearby for lunch/dinner. Roma Termini is about 15 minutes away.

The accommodation itself didn't have many issues. The AC made a weird noise about every 2 minutes, like something is leaking, but maybe inside the ac unit(?). The location was not convenient for our needs. It is about 15-20 minutes away from any metro station. It is a great location if you are having business in the area. For us, as tourists visiting mostly the city center wasn't the best choice.

The staff upon arrival were very nice and helpful, especially as I was a bit lost trying to find where to go as the rooms were found in an apartment complex. The room was a perfect size and in perfect distance of the attractions for a solo traveller like myself, the bed was comfy and the room/bathroom was clean! Complimentary coffee was also a very nice touch - thank you all very much, I would stay here again!

The only issue was trying to get into the building and finding reception, but apart from that, there is nothing else I can complain about!

The location is great. The place is away from chaos and in a silent, peaceful neighborhood. There is a Pam Local Market, a small local market and a pharmacy close by. There is this great Italian restaurant Al Forno della Soffitta (went there thanks to one of the staff's recommendation, food was amazing). The Food Market is in 4 min. walking distance. It is close to Termini (15 min. walking), Villa Borghese Gardens (10 min. walking), and most of tourist attractions (10-30 min.). The staff was helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable. The room and the bathroom were clean and spacious. The coffee machine and the gifts (coffee capsules, sugar and wooden tea spoons) were heart warming.

I would add one more chair since we were two in the room and a small table for breakfast or snacks. There was a desk but it was really small. And washing the face in the sink was really difficult because of the tap's position.

Location was great. Nearby restaurants, groceries, bus stop all within a short walk. Comfy bed, clean room, helpful staff. Very quiet location and just a short distance to major attractions. Wifi was very good.

The only window in our room was to a darkened, enclosed alley...but if you are using this as a place to sleep it shouldn't detour you.

This was an emergency booking as we have a twisted ancle and needed to rest before leaving Rome, we reserved same day and everything was clean and nice. Staff was great and friendly. The space has a comunal area with a full kitchen you can use. Close to the train and buss stations

everything was as expected.

Close to historic part of Rome, restaurants, shops, and public transportation. Very helpful staff and long reception hours. Security. Big waste bin. Coffee capsule machine with generous pods.

No microwave, no iron. Laundry machine is not effective. Bathroom door lock (suggest removing key and put in simple bolt). Very noisy toilet flush.

Very kind welcome and cozy rooms. Weren't there for long so we couldn't explore that part of the ciry much, but it seemed like there were nice cafés nearby and it is pretty close to a metro stop amd to Termini by foot.

Walls were a little thin so could hear kids shouting next door, but this can't really be helped and was fine in the end anyways!

The staff was really helpful and friendly as well as the breakfast was fantastic. I also appreciate the location which was near the Borghese garden and the Di Trevi Fountain.

The only downside was that the room had only one small window in the bedroom and other one in the kitchen ( regular size) thus we couldnt ventilate too much.

Nice and comfortable stay. Nothing really bad.

Location might be slightly off centre for most, needs a bus or long walk to get to main attractions. We chose this place as it was close to our car rental and train station, for our arrival and departure.
