- too few electric sockets - one by the bed didn't work, had to charge my phone in the bathroom - the place is quite old and you can feel it, but clean and nice in general

The hotel is great, and is very close to a bus stop that connects you easily to Roma Termini, Vatican etc. There's plenty of great restaurants and bakery around too. Receptionists Mary and Eliza were great - went out of their way to suggest places and transportation. I had stayed in one of the renovated rooms which was great. Rooms were clean, modern, spacious, and cool. Would definitely consider staying here again.

The Bathroom is also good, but can get quite wet when you take a shower. Hotel was going through renovations so it was just a lil bit messy.

The room is super cozy and sweet. Looks exactly like on the pictures. Location is a bit away from the tourist Centre, but still comfortable enough to walk. Neighborhood is calm and safe, there are mostly the Embasies around. The brilliant workers deserve mentioning for sure. Mary and Eliza were helpful in everything. And they had answers and solutions for any problem or wish. They made pur staying even more enjoyable.

The bathroom is not the perfect. There are couple of problems, which make you to wish for better. But hot water works without the problem. For me it is ok, especially for this price. Just the comment for the people, who take it more seriously.

First, we were welcomed at this hotel by Mary a very friendly and helpful girl at the receptionist who gave us the best recommendations for the whole trip in Rome. We liked the location of the hotel, very accessible to the buses, metros, supermarkets and very good bakeries for the breakfast. It had good internet connection and the room was warm enough for the cold weather.

No flip-flops on the room, and the floor was a little cold. The water temperature was either too hot or too cold it was very hard to adjust

Everything went smoothly. The staff was very nice and helpful. We came late in the night, but they arranged for us to get the keys easily. The room was clean and we had everything that we needed - hot water, towels, fridge, TV, internet. It was what we expected. The location is very good - we walked everywhere. The neighborhood is safe and there is supermarkets, restaurants, bakery around. Very good value for the money in Rome.

Suggestion is to be more precise about the cleaning hours, and it shouldn't be before 12h.

The hotel was well-situated near the central train station but far enough away to feel quiet, safe, and in an area that made us feel like locals. The staff was amazing, particularly Antonio and Elisa at the front desk. They gave us great recommendations for things to see, delicious food, and easy transit options for each destination. Definitely take some time to chat with them!

The hotel is recommended. It is located near the city center, a ten-minute walk to the Borghese Gallery and the wonderful park, Villa Medici, which leads to the Spanish Steps. You can use transport, a couple of stations, on the way back from the center. The rooms are comfortable, clean, with air conditioning. Each has its own bathroom and good hygiene. The girls at the reception are very friendly, welcoming you with a map of the city, information on important details for your stay in the city. There is a possibility to make coffee in the common areas. There are several nice restaurants nearby and a very good bakery on the corner of Corso d' Italia and Via Alessandria. Bus 63 takes 15 minutes from the city center and the station is a few minutes from the hotel. We will return to this hotel, with pleasure.

The staff of the hotel is very friendly and helpful with taxi/directions/recommendations. Access to the rooms and building is very good. Rooms are very clean and with big windows. Overall this is a very good hotel (for its budget range) and the location is a cozy semi touristic and local.

The hotel is good value for price, the personnel is absolutely wonderful: Elisa is very nice, shared great recommendations, extremely supportive, Mary is also wonderful and helpful. The hotel and room is very clean, and the ladies who help with cleaning are amazing. the location is great, fantastic restaurant almost next door.

Great location and a lovely boutique property with helpful, friendly and professional staff. Staff were able to share great tips for things to do and places to see as well as restaurants and cafes nearby. I’d definitely recommend and I’d stay again.
