This is an excellent gust house, room was super clean, comfortable, and with good air contindion. Staff was very friendly and the location was very well connected. They also offer a lovely, wide terrace where you can have breakfast or any way spend some quiet time if you wish.

The only issue I would have if I were visiting Rome on holidays is that the location is not super central, but as I said it is very well connected through the Metro A. It only takes about 30' to reach the city centre with the Metro. Unfortunately they're doing works now so it will be closing at 9pm for the next few months I believe, so you would better check that before you book. When it'll be back to fully operational, metro A will close at 11pm on weekdays, and 1am on weekends.

The managers Christina and Maria are incredible. They are very kind, hospitable and always willing to cater to our needs. They not only booked us transfer from the airport but also provided us with an iron upon request. Also, they constantly answered every question concerning our trip and stay, almost directly. They are great. As for the room, it is spacious, clean and within a small walking distance from the Numidio Cuadrado metro station. It's a quiet neighborhood and there are shops, supermarkets and restaurants nearby.

Although the room is fairly economical compared to the average price in Rome, the balcony could use some upgrading. There was rust and the furniture needs replacement. Also, the guest house is not recommended for someone who wants to be near the center. Although the metro station is close, the area is quite far from the historical centre which means that after 9pm (the metro closes down at 9),we had to take a taxi back to the guest house which was quite pricey due to the distance.

Staff was great. Very kind. Clean room. Highly recommend the restaurant that is downstairs at the corner of the street. Room was ready early so that was great after a long flight. About 25 minutes from airport.

Air conditioning was not great. Only works after 4 pm and then would stop working in the middle of the night. No fan or ventilation in the room other than opening the patio door which did not have a screen. Location and building looked a little seedy but the floor that City Guest House is on is nice.

The property occupies the 4th and 5th floors of an apartment building in a quiet street of Quadraro. The room is modern and clean and features a balcony with a great view of Rome. Reception staff was very helpful. One of the best restaurants in the neighbourhood, Acasadi, is downstairs. Both the hotel and the restaurant are highly recommended.

The area is a typical working-class neighbourhood of Rome, perhaps a little scruffy. However, it's a 15 minute trip by metro (A line) to Termini, which makes it a convenient base for sightseeing. And there are a lot of shops and eateries.

Liked the location very easy to arrive from the airport and metro stop just a couple mins away..easy to go into the city centre aswell..local restaurant and cafe bar very conveniently located great prices to. Staff are amazing,as always This is a great place to stay.

There is nothing I don't like about this hotel,,it ticks all the boxes for my needs.

The staff were very helpful and kind people. They make lots of effort to solve every issue. Room and bathroom are fine. Balcony was enough and nice view from. A seperate sitting and resting area was nice in the middle section. Close to public transportation just 5 minutes walking.

There was a strange smell in the wardrobe. the short way to the metro was a bit deserted on late nights. it's possible to go a little longer than the street. Not many facilities around to do basic shopping.

The room was smaller than we expected, but it didnt matter because we just slept there. Room was with balcony and nice view. Not far from metro station so traveling to the centre is easy during the day, during night is little bit harder because you have to take bus from the centre and takes much longer. There was also a very nice italian restaurant in the building.

the guest house is very close to numidio quadrato metro station. Room was clean, personel was nice. The snacks in the room made us happy. the terrace of the room and view are beautiful.

We were worried on the way back to the guest house at night. I guess the area where the guest house is not safe. Because there were too many drunk people in the streets. Also, there is no sound insulation in the rooms. Last night, there was a lot of noise from the corridor and we couldn't sleep.

The mattress were very comfortable. The room was basic but with everything you could need for a short stay. There is a good and cheap café-restaurant called Tavola Calda just on the left of the building. The price compared to the location was very good.

The first 5 steps before you reach the elevator could be an issue for an older person with a suitcase.

Nice place, great location, polite staff.

You can hear everything. The room borders the bathroom of the next room, so at night you may be woken up by the sound of water pouring overhead.
