Evaristo has thought of everything we could possibly need in the room which was compact but ideal, with a balcony that had a little table and chairs. Breakfast was excellent - loads of variety including fresh fruit, yoghurts, pastries, hams, eggs and more. Really good. Evaristo did everything he could to be helpful and flexible, even including a take-away breakfast when we had to have a super early start. Outside the city centre but so close to the metro which took us straight into the city very quickly. In fact, it’s a relief to get out of the intensity of the busy city for calmer suburbs. Close to a wonderful country park (walking distance from the apartment) which was perfect in the evening after a hectic day in the crowded city. We even used electric scooters to visit the Via Appia Antica - highly recommended.

Have to start with the host himself. Evaristo is such a charming, professional yet friendly host that Colfelice is the kind of place you will like immediately. We had been wary of not staying at the central, old district but then soon realised this property is just a few stations away. Going to the main attractions of Rome and returning back were quite easy. As for the property itself, it is just a very short walk from the Colli Albani metro station. The instructions we received from Evaristo were as comprehensive as it could get. Even then, we found the gracious host waiting for us in the drizzling rain outside the apartment to receive us. It is a homely place with an elevator and the room itself was quite cosy. It was enough for the two of us, if not large but then, it is so well appointed and stocked with storage area, a comfortable bed and lots of goodies, including a bottle of wine, that we felt at home instantly. The bathroom is clean and well stocked. The breakfast was in the nice little living area and comprised of unlimited supplies of various kinds of bread, meat, yoghurt, juices and, of course, excellent coffee. But again, it is all a reflection of how good a host Evaristo is. We loved our stay there and wish it were longer. Anyway, it is such good value for money and with the easy access to the city, we would definitely stay there in our next visit.

Nothing really that we didn't like. We had wanted to stay closer to the old city but the excellent metro services for the short ride to Colli Albani and the cost savings on the high rentals you will need to pay nearer to the attractions easily justified our decision to choose Colfelice Rooms.

The apartment exceeded my expectations. It was spacious, equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. But what truly made my stay memorable was the host's hospitality. The excellent breakfast of fruits, pastries, and coffee, added an extra touch of comfort to my already enjoyable experience. I could also mention the great location, close to the metro station. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay.

Everything was perfect.

The owner is very friendly. met us after midnight after a late flight and prepared ham toast for the child - it was very nice. Everything in the room is very beautiful, neat and homely. Upon arrival, tea, water in the refrigerator and a bottle of excellent wine with glasses were waiting for us! The owner prepared breakfast himself, very tasty and filling. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. Very nice bathroom with all accessories. Near are the metro, supermarket, pizzeria. The city center is 15 minutes by metro. Highly recommend.

Evaristo is a thoughtful and kind host, who will make sure to provide you a great stay. I stayed in the single accommodation and it was super comfortable and clean. Awesome breakfast too. Although the location is not really in the center of the city, it is close enough and easy to move around, there is a subway line and bus stop very close to the accommodation (I particularly liked not being in the most touristic areas, but still nearby the subway). I totally recommend Colfelice rooms and hope to come back in the future. Thanks, Evaristo!

Nothing to complain about the accommodation.

First impression is everything ! Evaristo (the host) was super welcoming and even helped us with arranging a taxi from the airport ! The room was super clean and comfy with all the amenities needed for a family of 3 ! It definitely felt like the place was treated carefully in terms of aesthetics and needs for an enjoyable vacay in Rome ! The metro was just a 3 minutes walk and it took us straight to all the tourist attractions in Rome in just a matter of minutes, therefore the way back was also super straight forward and we did not have to struggle. Totally recommend !

The room is nice, clean and comfortable, and the location is great! It is a 3-minute walk from a metro station and going to the centre doesn't take more than 15-20 minutes. Also, the service is fantastic! For breakfast you could choose not only croissants, but for example several kinds of ham and boiled eggs, cheese, more fruits, etc. and I loved very much hot chocolate. In the rooms you have everything you need, I was happy to have a kettle. The host is super friendly and hospitable. I hope I will visit your place again. Thanks for this experience!

I had the best accommodation experience in this lovely Colfelice appartment ever !! The host was truly amazing ! He was taking care of a lot with such a pleasure and I was definitely felt like at home. The breakfast was perfect - you could choose and even though the host he gives even extra. The flat was super clean, aesthetic, every detail has been intentionally. You can find all main amenities you could need. I would strongly recommend this place and I will definitely come back for my next time !

The place itself is great, location is convenient, few metro stations from main attractions. Host is great as well as the breakfast he makes himself ( its simple but it is more than enough and everything is delicious). AC, sockets, lights, etc work properly. Great stay

Just a note for the travelers, as it is not in host’s power to change, currently till December 2023 metro works only until 21:00 Sun-Fri. I did not know about it, as metro provider website is kinda inconvenient and it said 23:30, and only in italian mentioned this 21:00. Considering the location of BB, You will need to take a bus late in the evening which is kinda crowded and inconvinient

Good size room, very comfortable beds, all very clean, iron provided, hairdryer in bathroom..nice little balcony to sit on in the evening. Evaristo incredibly attentive and thoughtful with wine in room on arrival as a gift. Tea services in room..just ask for milk at breakfast to keep in your fridge. We booked a taxi to the airport for return....on time you have to pay driver cash...but all correct. Good to note they are doing work on the metro line at night...so on Fridays and sat it runs til 1am...but there is. Substitution bus that runs the same route from the metro stops...very easy to find and use...every 5/10 mins the other days when it stops at 9pm
