Guesthouse is a place worth considering. It is clean, tidy and quite comfortable. The bathroom is small but sufficient. Clean bedding, clean towels. The air conditioning in the room works well, in my case it heated the room well. Shutters on the windows help to keep it dark at night. The place is close to the tram (3min), close to the bus stop (3min) and (18min) to the metro station. Downstairs is an bakery and restaurant, not the cheapest one. Next door is supermarket. The neighberhoud is known in Rome as the multicultural district. Around guesthouse you can find more Pakistani than Italians, I didnt feel any danger.
The pillows are not comfortable. The restaurant staff, which is also the reception, does not speak English. They are not helpful. The person managing the facility is also not willing to cooperate. Anyway I recomend this place.

The room was spacious with working air conditioning and comfortable shower in the bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped. The location was ok - near bus and tram stops and not so far away from metro station. There were many shops in the area, including 24/7 Carrefour.
Additional rack for drying, eg. towels, would come in handy. Our window was facing the balcony of the common space - apart from the shutters it would be nice to have curtains for some more privacy. It was quite noisy for one or two nights, but that unfortunately depends on other guests themselves.

We unfortunately had the worst travel ever since we were mugged while visiting the Colosseum, had to spend over two hours in the carabineri. There we realised that mugging both in the Vatican , Colosseum is something so common!! They use there archeological spots to conduct this illegal behaviour, which is such a pity since we were planning in spending the money we had in Italy!!We were left with nothing no credit cards no money...!
Other than using there archeological sights for mugging tourists we notest that people were not kind ,they were not willing in giving information. Expensive , but the city is. filthy which was something I have only seen in the slums of New York!! It is a destination I will never return to !!!

Good stay at a reasonable price, nice clean room.
Location was really bad. Almost like an hour away with the bus and tram from the centre.

The room was big and clean with a huge balcony. The location is okay (15-20 min by tram from Termini). The bakery below the apartment is really good with low prices.
The check-in is not explained well. If I don’t read the comments, I would not know that we need to look for the staff at the bakery right beside the entrance of the building. Also, the staff was not so friendly, neither helpful.

We enjoyed a one week stay at this beautiful property (room 7). From the start of our stay, Sonia responded quickly and efficiently to all our queries. The staff were friendly and helpful for the full duration of our stay. We made daily morning trips to the lovely and well priced bakery downstairs. The bakery has a large variety of breakfast options at very reasonable prices. The bakery/bar/restaurant staff were upbeat and made us feel welcome. This place is amazing, our stay here will forever be memorable in the best ways!!! We are so thankful to the staff for everything. And for the staff if you are reading this, we ran to catch our flight and print our boarding passes in such a rush and forgot to tip, but we love you so much and we’re so thankful. If you are visiting Rome for any amount of time, I would not consider staying any where else! The Old Bakery Guesthouse is the place to stay!

The property was beautiful. Big room with a really big balcony, lovely kitchenette and nice bathroom. The AC was great for the heat, the bed was comfortable. The bakery downstairs was amazing, delicious and a great option if you want fair prices and good portions. Also supports this lovely business. The host was so kind and accommodating and she was always available to talk through Whatsapp for any questions. I would definitely stay here again if I came back to Rome. There is also a small supermarket right next to the place so you can pop in for any groceries or toiletries you might need. This was definitely a big plus for us. In the area there are also many delicious restaurants to try with way better prices and way more authentic than in the city center.
The location is not that great, quite far from the city but the nearest station that connects you to the city is only 2 minutes away by foot. With this train you can get into the city super quickly.

The high standard of the apartment will satisfy the grumpiest travellers and the food they make downstairs is incredibly delicious. I will miss the food!
The only thing I didn't enjoy was the rare and unprofessional cleaning service. The person came once a day to clean the common space, but utensils in the kitchen were left dirty until we mentioned it. The cleaning of the room and change of sheets is once a week, not once every three days like it normally should be.

the location was a bit far from the attractions but it was really close to the tram so we didn’t have any problems only if you don’t stay after 10-11 pm it wouldn’t be a problem. staff was nice only couple personal doesn’t know english but we managed eventually. the bakery downstairs was really delicious and affordable. the room was cleaner than we expected. so long story short we enjoyed our trip in here.
only location a little creepy but like i said don’t arrive late
