All was good, only surprising thing has been thing called "city tax", but even so, it was ok with very kind staff!

The room was spacious with working air conditioning and comfortable shower in the bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped. The location was ok - near bus and tram stops and not so far away from metro station. There were many shops in the area, including 24/7 Carrefour.

Additional rack for drying, eg. towels, would come in handy. Our window was facing the balcony of the common space - apart from the shutters it would be nice to have curtains for some more privacy. It was quite noisy for one or two nights, but that unfortunately depends on other guests themselves.

The room was big and clean with a huge balcony. The location is okay (15-20 min by tram from Termini). The bakery below the apartment is really good with low prices.

The check-in is not explained well. If I don’t read the comments, I would not know that we need to look for the staff at the bakery right beside the entrance of the building. Also, the staff was not so friendly, neither helpful.

Good stay at a reasonable price, nice clean room.

Location was really bad. Almost like an hour away with the bus and tram from the centre.

We enjoyed a one week stay at this beautiful property (room 7). From the start of our stay, Sonia responded quickly and efficiently to all our queries. The staff were friendly and helpful for the full duration of our stay. We made daily morning trips to the lovely and well priced bakery downstairs. The bakery has a large variety of breakfast options at very reasonable prices. The bakery/bar/restaurant staff were upbeat and made us feel welcome. This place is amazing, our stay here will forever be memorable in the best ways!!! We are so thankful to the staff for everything. And for the staff if you are reading this, we ran to catch our flight and print our boarding passes in such a rush and forgot to tip, but we love you so much and we’re so thankful. If you are visiting Rome for any amount of time, I would not consider staying any where else! The Old Bakery Guesthouse is the place to stay!

The property was beautiful. Big room with a really big balcony, lovely kitchenette and nice bathroom. The AC was great for the heat, the bed was comfortable. The bakery downstairs was amazing, delicious and a great option if you want fair prices and good portions. Also supports this lovely business. The host was so kind and accommodating and she was always available to talk through Whatsapp for any questions. I would definitely stay here again if I came back to Rome. There is also a small supermarket right next to the place so you can pop in for any groceries or toiletries you might need. This was definitely a big plus for us. In the area there are also many delicious restaurants to try with way better prices and way more authentic than in the city center.

The location is not that great, quite far from the city but the nearest station that connects you to the city is only 2 minutes away by foot. With this train you can get into the city super quickly.

It is extra wonderful stay, they deserve more than 10/10 The room is very comfortable, there is a kitchen a and fridge, wonderful bar and super market under the property, near of the centre of Rome and Roma Termini station, there is public transportation near of the house, just you catch the tram or the bus next to the house, the price is cheaper than another hotels and guest houses

A nice clean room with a bathroom. Huge windows. Stable internet connection. Room had towels and gift cards that we are very grateful for. It is a cute building at the corner of the street with an AMAZING bakery down. At the top a big balcony to hang out.

Kitchen was a common area and it was not equipped at all for use. No utensils, kitchenware etc, so we did not use it. The neighbourhood was odd, streets dirty but thankfully not far away from Rome center.

The place was nice and the room was always air-conditioned. Shower always had hot water. Pretty good store under the appartment. Supermarket was 50m away from the appartment and the bus and tram station 100m.

Breakfast was just a croissant and a coffee (not bad but i think they are not enough). The neighborhood aint the best and if you get back to the appartment late at night, prepare to enter the bus n11 or how i used to call it "the nightmare".

We stayed for 3 nights. Although it is not located in the center, you can reach all of the main tourist attractions in 40 minutes. You have several options to choose from: eighter bus, tram or a closeby metro. The room was tidy, but not luxurious. But we didnt expect anything else! Basically you are sharing a small kitchen with another bedroom, but we had our own bath and toilet. The apartment is related with the bakery right downstairs. There you have an AMAZING range of various foods to choose from for a reasonable amount of money. The communication was completely without any trouble and very friendly. We had to use the Google Translator though. But this was not a problem. We would stay here any time again!
