Condotti Apartment

Everything was amazing!!!!! the room is super big and well decorated, it has a fully equipped kitchen with even pots and pans! bathroom with towels and first aid kit, it has AC and everything was super clean, big and new. We loved it. It is located in a really great spot and near a lot of great stores. It is super close to piazza spagna. The hosts were really responsive and helpful.

When we arrived the light didn't work but the host fixed it immediately, also the sink in the kitchen was leaking but again, the host fixed it immediately.

Perfect location in the city center availability for shopping and visits to the important points of Rome.

The small kitchen with everything you need but the sink with sponges and dishwashing cloths not so clean.

Honestly everything safety, comfortability, location best, easy communication to the landlords sweet..

Comfortable beds, shower, silence, location - Metro station, Spagna, super markets and plenty of restaurants really close.

Ιnsufficient freezer, there was water dripping to the rest space of the refrigerator. The handle of the door loosens to often and remains on your hand when you use it. Some parts of the inside walls need repair and paint work.

Location and neatness.

Staff was rude, they ahowed several requirements of city tax, post cleaning and rubbish dispose off after the booking,, aboveall there were hidden charges

Location very good, facilities were private, nice outdoor space.

Access difficult via metal staircase with 20 steps. We should have been forewarned due to disability. No kettle or coffee machine in room. Double bed very small, as a result one of us slept on the not-so-comfortable sofa. Air conditioner didn’t work properly, couldn’t cool the room. Kitchen equipment in bad shape, pots disgusting to use. Not enough electrical outlets to charge phones etc.

Easy to find

Felt over looked outside as the apartment is surrounded by other apartments as it’s situated in the middle, blinds do not provide privacy as gaps in them so we covered it with a towel, the kitchen very basic, bathroom okay but the toilet didn’t flush all the time and shower kept going cold, the bed is very firm, we had ants in the property and felt the property has not been well maintained as a lot of mould marks and damages. We didn’t like to spend time in the apartment It’s contactless check in and out, host kept messaging about paying city tax. We had intermittent internet and was willing to pay cash, no one collected the cash and eventually paid via PayPal. I received more messages about it when I had already paid and appeared the host arrived for check out at 0900, the back of the door says check out is at 1030. I’m glad we were not there when she arrived as it would have been awkward if we were not ready to leave.
