The room was spacious, very clean & tidy. Bathroom again was spacious ,also has a bidet. It's location is excellent, just a few minutes walk to the Spanish Steps & within 30mins walk to all other major sights such as Vatican City & Pantheon Plenty of places to eat near by Room has tea/coffee facilities with a small under counter fridge, handy for water bottles, fruit etc Air conditioning is a blessing Communication between myself, Gastone & Stephano was excellent. Both are very helpful & friendly

No lift available & having arthritis in my knees, climbing 2 floors to our room was a struggle, especially with cases. Would not be suitable for people with serious mobility problems. Only one pillow each. I normally sleep with 2 pillows , not a major issue but alot of people prefer 2 pillows. In bathroom, 4 small bottles of shower/hair gel are provided so was lucky I brought my own! Provided with bath sheet, bath towel & hand towel each for the 4 nights. Due to the having daily showers, sometimes twice, a change of towels wouldve been a.bonus.....this could be done, at a charge! Advertised as breakfast being included but it's only tea/coffee & croissant each at the cafe beside the apartment. Staff were pleasant & croissants tasty

The location was pretty good, near train and bus stops, walking distance to plaza Spagna . The apartment was confortable, and clean. The neighborhood and the people around are very nice. Surrounded by many restaurants, bars and business for you to choose, we feel very safe.

The building doesn’t have and elevator and the stairs are too narrow making very difficult to carry your luggage to the rooms. The location is convenient but because is surrounded by restaurants, bars, and businesses it’s very noisy specially early in the mornings.

The apartment is amazing and looks exactly as on the pictures! It is very spacious with huge and comfortable bed and big bathroom. The location is just perfect, walking distance from Spanish stairs and Trevi fountain, there are also cute coffee places and restaurants around. I was very happy with the location of this place! We also had breakfast ( one coffee and pastry) in the cafe nearby, which was included in the room rent. Can totally recommend this apartment for a few days in Rome!

No shower kit (gel, shampoo). Would be nice if it would be included :)

Prime location for a Rome stay! Off the main streets (therefore very quiet), but only a short walk to many of the main sites, shopping areas, and plenty of restaurants. After our flight was delayed to land at 3am, we did incur a late check-in charge (which we knew about beforehand) but the host still arranged for someone to meet us and check us in to the apartment even at the early hours. Communication was excellent, and even at 3am they still took the time to show us around and give lots of information. A free breakfast from a cafe around the corner was lovely and included within the price was a nice treat every morning!

Great location. Close to subway, restaurants and attractions. Clean and comfortable accommodation.

Hard to find - the street number and name of residence is hard to see. Thankfully our host found us. Two flights of stairs to carry luggage up so not recommended for elderly guests.

There was no housekeeping service, the Airconditioning was noisy, the hairdryer didn’t work, there were only 2 pillows, you could hear the neighbours who were quite noisy.

The apartment is very central near the Spanish steps, great for shopping with a great choice of local restaurants on your door step. It has modern decor, yet situated in a beautiful old building looking out onto narrow streets. Great coffee & fresh croissants included in a little local cafe nearby. We got everything we looked for and more in booking this accommodation. I would definitely stay again!

Nothing really

The room and bathroom are spacious and very clean (exactly like the photos). The accommodation is located in central Rome. When you walk out of the door, you're surrounded by nice little restaurants and (coffee)bars. The host gives you coupons to get breakfast at a little bar around the corner, which is very nice. There are different sights in a walkable distance, like the Spanish Steps. Other sights you can easily and quickly reach by an electric step (recommended). The host is very friendly and really helpfull. This makes the stay even better! I give this accommodation a 10. There's only one thing that I would like to see and that's a coffeemachine (like a Nespresso) in the room so we can get a coffee even before we leave the room. But nevertheless this accommodation and host deserve a 10. If we're visiting Rome again, we'll be staying here.

Location was perfect, it was walking distance from all the shops/restaurants and just around the corner from the Spanish steps! Gastone was very nice. The bed was very comfy and the room/bathroom was spotlessly clean. If going to Rome I’d highly recommend.
