Very clean and quiet room close to Termini Station. It is easy to get to various places in Rome if you stay in this area.

The headboard on the bed made it difficult to prop myself up. The area around the property is rather dirty and sketchy but it is conveniently located near the main train station.

Matteo was very welcoming and helped us with some recommendations. The location is super convenient. 5 minutes to walk to the Termini Rail Station and Metro. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance. There is a street market Monday to Friday just outside the door. Great for fresh veggies and fruits. Very safe area to walk in at night. Excellent windows block out all street noise at night so the room is very quiet. They provided bottled water for each of us each day which was really appreciated. Bathroom very clean and efficient. Good fixtures. Great shower and lots of hot water. Elevator to take bags to the second floor, very convenient.

The shower was a corner unit. If you are wearing XL clothes or larger, you might find it a bit tight to get in and out of it.

The location is great - near Termini (where you have many transport facilities) and bus stations around. Also there are restaurants, caffès, bakery’s nearby. The place is spacious, clean and with everything you may need. Beds are big and comfortable (a little bit hard for me but my husband and son were ok with that). It is warm enough during the winter. Marco was so nice and welcoming. He showed us the room facilities, explain everything we should know and have us recommendations about what to visit in Rome and which restaurants are traditional and with tasty food.

Great place to stay for easy access to the airport, buses and trains. Walking distance to the centre of Rome and Trevi Fountain.

Nice and spacious room. You get exactly what you paid for. The room was cleaned up every day. The bathroom was good enough. Not far from the train station and the metro.

The Wi-Fi was a bit weak but we were not much in the room so not a big issue.

Location was very central for the Rome Termini, being only a 5-10 min walk, with lots of restaurants nearby. Having a kettle and fridge in the triple room was very good. Bottles of water supplied every day was a nice extra. Daily cleaning was also a bonus. We were shown to our room by Matteo who kindly found us a few extra coat hangers as there were only 2 in the room. We had a slight problem with the sink one day which my husband fixed but it meant water had spilled on the floor. Reporting it to reception Matteo was again very helpful if supplying us with extra towels and cleaning the floor himself. He arranged for maintenance to check it next day and we had no further problems. Having read some of the other reviews about early morning noise from the market below, you could hear it but only because we had the window open. If the window was closed it was not a problem.

Convenient location near Termini; some nice restaurants nearby Easy check in; the receptionist was very nice and friendly; you can also store your luggage; Tea kettle in the room; strong shower; good WiFi; good heating (I visited in February) I had good quality sleep, it was quiet.

On my arrival the room was not fully clean but the receptionist did it directly There was sometimes not very nice smell from the bathroom

Location is excellent, just a few mins from the main train station. Staff is very friendly! We asked where we could go for an initial walk of the city and they provided us with a map and pointed us toward an itinerary. For the cost of the accommodation, I have to say the room was great, simple but clean. We are very happy with our choice. Bonus points: they left us a fresh bottle of water each every day :) thank you

Tbh can't fault the accommodation, but keep in mind that the main train station can be super handy but also a bit sketchy. We didn't have any issues but keep an eye at night when walking by Termini.

Me and my partner stayed at this hotel for 4 days: needless to say that was a great experience all round! Incredibly convenient and centric location, surprisingly very quiet at night, super clean rooms and with all the amenities necessary to enjoy our stay. Super friendly staff, very attentive and available with good recommendations about nice restaurants where to eat and not the usual tourist traps. Absolutely recommend and definitely will be back

Friendly staff- well mannered and gave an initial tour to the room and also printed boarding pass and other travel tickets when leaving. Great location being 5 minutes from Termini station and close to restaurants and bakeries. Good facilities; I.e. kettle, fridge, private bathroom etc. Cleaners were also friendly and the rooms were cleaned well.

The only issue was an occasional smell that would permeate into the room from neighbouring plumbing. Seemed that it came from underneath the floor where the bed lay in room 114.
