Good location, close to the central station from which there is transport to any point in Rome. The room was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. On the day of departure from the hotel, they themselves offered to leave my luggage in storage. I appreciate this very much! It was very helpful for me. Keep up the good work guys, you are number one.

I really loved the place! it has everything you can wish for staying in Rome. It is right next to the Termini station, it is very easy to find. There are a lot of restaurants and cafes around. There is also a big supermarket at the station. The staff were really friendly and helpful, they helped me a lot. There is a lift. I liked the building itself too, it’s a kind of authentic of Rome with a nice patio. There is a fridge, a kettle, coffee, sugar in the room. It’s equipped with air condition and TV. The bed is big and comfortable. The room itself is quite spacious, not to dance in it :) but there is a place to put your luggage and all your stuff. It was very clean and towels were changed every day. So I would really recommend this hotel. If I come back to Rome, I would love to stay there again.

The room was spacious for 3 people. Mighty shower - I wanted to take it home with me ;) The place was very clean and quiet. Guys at the reception were very nice and helpful. The location is just perfect. Near the train station and lots of little restaurants with reasonable prices. Taxi to main spots like Colloseum and Vatican no more than 15 euros, which is great for the capital and very useful when u travel with 2 older ladies like I did. I definitely recommend Hotel Domus Praetoria👌

They didn't provide any tea bags. There was coffee, sugar and water and I understand it's Italy and coffee is a main drink but tea is a must in many other countries. Not a big issue but it would be a nice touch.

The staff is nice and friendly. The location is perfect. It takes 30-40 min to walk to most sights. The street looks calm, quiet, and safe morning and night compared to the opposite side of the Rome terminal station. The whole facility looks very clean and peaceful. It even has a wine opener in the room!! The room I had is on the first floor, close to the entrance, but it is quiet most of the time. It is big and warm enough for this season. And the temperature of shower water is also controllable with a dryer in the bathroom.

the bathroom is a bit of smelly, which might be because it is on the first floor. It charges city tax in person, but i didnt see it when i booked it. I am not sure whether all hotel is charging city tax in person in Italy.

It's a great location, about 5 minutes from Termina Roma train station, and a main bus station, so very convenient. It is a very quiet hotel which is great. Staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable, there was air-conditioning and a mini fridge, which was great. Very clean, and I could leave my bags after check out as I had a later flight, a great hotel

The bathroom could have done with a bit of maintenance, but it was very clean and a minor issue, I would still stay here again.

The windows and the AC cooling and heating system. Not having a carpet floor was good because of allergies. The neighbourhood isn't the best in terms of open arms but it was very close to the subway and had a pleasant offer of restaurants and also it was quite quiet.

The shower was flooding during the bath and we had to turn off and wait a little bit. The fridge could've been cleaned. At the second day they took of the covers of the bed without explanation. Sometimes they didn't gave us the full set of towels

it is so close to termini station. easy to find the hotel. neighbourhood is very safe with supermarket coop and lots of restaurants around . easy to check in. attentive reception staffs who are friendly and always with a smile. especially to our first day being checked in by Dario. he showed us around- how to use the lift , how to get into hotel, and the good food around . super! room is clean. towels aplenty . and they clean the room ev day! so nice to be back to a clean and tidy room

Convenient location near Termini. Seemed like good value for the money, but I'm not really sure what the "going rate" is in this area. Smallish room, but comfortable bed and nice bathroom.

The staff was absolutely fantastic, they were very polite, helpful. The room was very clean, they changed daily the towels, even the sheets. The hotel is in a Busy area, but absolutely quiet. It is located near Termini Station, the access to all the attractions was very easy, axactly how we want it. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Small, comfortable, clean, quiet.

Location is perfect if you are arriving/leaving by the train from Roma Termini station. Their is also a nice national museum close by. The hotel check-in was very easy, and also checkout with baggage storage possibility. Rooms were clean and old style but with nice large windows. Good value for money!

The street in which hotel is located was quite dirty, but we guessed that was the case of the neighbourhood. Other than that not much to complain.
