Beautiful and quiet room, clean sheets, clean towels, big wardrobe with plenty of hangers and a safe, very close to Roma Termini, 2-3 mins walk, wonderful and very accommodating host, Mr. Massimo. Nice and clean bathrooms with toiletries. They also had bottled water, tea kettle, coffee, fruits and candies.

I don’t have much to add here. Room rent inclusive of breakfast would be a great upgrade 🤓

Massimo is a very nice host who knows how to help the guests perfectly. The suites are in a very good location, because it's close to the main station Roma Termini and all the famous sights in the city. Most of the attractions are a 30 minutes walk away and on the way you might find 1 or 2 diamonds which are not so well known. The room itself has everything that you need and is very clean. On top you get some fruits and water which was much appreciated after a long walk in the city.

There is nothing to complain about really. I had a great experience and would recommend this without a doubt to my friends and family

Mossimo was very helpful and friendly. The location is very convenient and is an easy walk from Roma Termini and the main sites. The metro is in front of the termini station so it was easy to take the metro to the Vatican, the Spanish steps, etc. The room was nice, clean and the beds were comfortable. Tea and water were provided. There are several good restaurants and coffee bars near the hotel. We hope to come back to Rome and would stay here again.

Great host. Very helpful and kind (thanks again Massimo). Super clean room with all you need for a short holiday stay in Rome. Perfect location - near main train station (Termini) (convenient connection to/from airport) as well as metro line A and B which will help you quickly move around the city and reach the main attractions. Even though there is no breakfast available at the location you can easily get a great breakfast in a 2-3 minutes walking distance (we recommend restaurant Mino - great service and good value for money). All in all perfect!

Located very close to the train station which was great for us. Clean room which was serviced daily. Room facilities are reasonably basic but this is reflective of the price paid and we felt it was good value for money. Good air conditioning and a small balcony which was a bonus. The host was very welcoming and informative. Good food and drink options close by. All reasonably priced.

Great location that was 5 minutes away from the main train station. Everything was also in a walkable distance, with good restaurants nearby as well. The free water bottles at the reception were very handy. The host was very welcoming and helpful. Had a great stay and highly recommend this to others!

Air con took a few minutes to turn on

Great care has been taken to make the rooms very good to stay in every way. The people running the place seem genuine and were very nice. I looked at reviews and saw there was previously mention of shower pressure issues. This is now sorted, showers worked very well after work done I was told. This shows the great attitude of the people running the place. Will be back.

Massimo and his wife were very lovely hosts, very knowledgeable about rome and he was kind enough to show us the best places on a map as well as how to use transport. It was very clean and spacious the air conditioning was amazing !

It was very hard to find a place in Rome with good reviews, this was the only one so thats why i decided to book it and i was not let down. Its extremely close to Termini and super easy to find. There are very nice restaurants near by. The entrance of the building is like ''in the movies'' -very cute as well as the elevator . The room and bathroom super clean and very cool. The owner and staff super kind and helpful!

La Residenza Suites is just a few minutes on foot, with a suitcase, from the Roma Termini station. Our host was really helpful and went above and beyond to make us feel accommodated.

The only minor thing I can complain about was the water pressure from the shower head — it was very weak, and increased showering duration.
