A solid value for money hotel if you don't mind walking a lot. Stuff was helpful, rooms were clean and cozy.

Location makes it difficult to use any sort of public communication properly to get around the city. During our stay we ended up walking over 30 minutes to the city center on foot daily as that was the best way to communicate. Rooms had very thin walls, with a lot of noise getting through from next room.

Comfortable, as usual. The room was nice, the bed was comfortable. I liked the bathroom, too (although it you could see the signs of aging, honestly).

This time I stayed in wing B, I think. I don't remember exactly, but it was a different part to which I used to stay. So, I could feel the vibrations either from trams or trains. It was I surprise but not a problem. A lady was visiting with me. I was worried she wouldn't like it, but she didn't even notice. Bathrooms look a bit agreed, which is not a surprise considering how old is the hotel. Nothing critical and the staff is always willing to help.

The hotel was lovely, we had a triple room which was spacious for 3 people. The staff were very friendly and so helpful. The breakfast is amazing! One staff member, Cristy, was exceptional in helping us get a lot of ice for a knee complaint for one of our group, she went over and above the call of duty to help. Thank you Cristy! Hotel is very close to bus stop and Metro is nearby. Restaurants nearby are lovely a night, a good buzz.

Gym was not available due to upgrading.

The cleanliness and staff

IThe location is quite far from the main city with very less frequency of buses and nit well connected with metro. More that the hotels problem I regard it as problem of the Public transport system of Rome. Because inspite of the buses being so full from this are (81 and 105) there are no frequent buses. And we were nit comfortable riding the old outdated Roman trams and Metro line continuity also was disrupted to this area

Hotel is very comfortable, close to the centre, room was clean and stuff is friendly. There is several nice places next to the hotel, where you can eat or just have some drink in the evening. Breakfast was wonderful, but no one actually will inform you, that you can choose between buffet and traditional Italian breakfast(includes croissants, fresh fruits, coffee and juice) which is actually the better choice/value for money - so just ask.

Wi-Fi connection was very poor. You have to log in all the time, writing your email, name and room number, and then if you not use it for a moment all the procedure starts from the beginning. It’s not possible to use it not for work neither for pleasure.

I like the hotel, it’s clean. The staffs were so nice. Breakfast were so good, there’s a lot of choices. Plus you can leave your Bag/ luggage there and they take good care of your belongings. I even ask if i can checked in early since the check in is 2pm but i arrive so early they let me checked into my room early without extra payment. It’s just a bit far from the station and centre but there’s a variety of transportation you can get connected to the centre. It’s 10/10 for me.

1). There is But 50 and 105 Stop just in front of the hotel, which takes the guests directly to Roma Termini railway station; there are also many other bus, slow train/ tram stops within 5 minute walking distance 2). Luggage storage service after check-out is so great. We left our heavy luggage there after check-out, and then went back to take them after travelling a few days in other places. The staff (different people) had been so nice during the whole process, no matter it's free service or takes service fee; 3) Water temperature is easy to adjust and with plenty of water amount when take shower; 4) water drainage goes well so that no water accumulate under the feet when showering, which is not so common in other Italian hotels

It would be better if the curtains over the windows are wider

I loved how Modern the hotel was, and the room. The bed was also very comfortable.

The shower could have been better, the water pressure wasn't the best and the shower was rather small.

The room and bathroom was a good size, comfortable and clean. Not too far out from the city centre, about a 30min walk. There are trains and tram stations everywhere that you can get if you prefere not to walk. Comparing city centre hotels, quality and cost to this hotel we were glad we picked this hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We were talking to a male member of staff from the restaurant and he invited us in for coffee on the house :) would stay here again.

Advertised as having a jacuzzi, there is no jacuzzi. It's a jet bath in your room and ours didn't work.

They gave us initially a room that smelled Horrible We both had headaches after 2 hours in that room It was like a strong air freshers in the room So strange But we asked them and they changed our room The other room was fine
