the appartment was very clean. everything we needed was there. We were responsible for our own consumables (toilet paper, paper towels, spices ,etc). Everything we needed to do our own cooking was there, and there is a grocery store only a ten minute walk away. Jennifer ,the manager, spoke very good english and gave us good advice on how to use the busses, where the store was and how to get around. She was available in the mornings but we didn't need her as we had no problems.

we were there in December and the appartment was a little cold. We had our own thermostat but it didn't seem to make much difference. It was bearable however.

It is very spacious and comfortable house. There are dishwasher and washing machine in the home. There is a close parking garage for your car. It would be a bit narrow if you have a big car. It is located at the first floor and you can reach there by using elevators. It is far away from the city center 45-50 minutes by walking. But using the public transportation system, you can reach the home easily. There are two different bus (number 50-105) and two different trams (number 5-14) that drop you out within 3-5 minutes walking distance from the home. You can use all the transportation systems by taking Roma Pass.

The shower head is tentative and not stable so having shower was not so comfortable for us. We had to keep the shower with our hand.

The apartment was ok. There was enough space for us. There was some basic kitchen equipment so we could for example make tea or coffee. The location was quite ok too. For example there was about 35 mins by walk to the Colosseum.

Three of us were travelling and only two beds were prepared for us. The sofa bed was rather uncomfortable. There wasn't an electric kettle. And maybe a little thing but the toilet tissue hook was slightly broken. Overall experience was ok but not great.

The location was good - the bus and tram station are very nearby. The apartment was big and no noise from the outside was heard. The beds were comfortable enough, the internet speed was great, and the check-in was easy and well-explained. All of our questions were responded to quickly and all the arrangments were easy to deal with.

The shower could have been a bit cleaner, and they should be more aware of how often they change the towels and refill the toilet paper supplies.

A very nice, big apartment. It was perfect for a longer stay. It was very close to a few bus and tram stops which was very useful. There were a few shops and restaurants within walking distance. The neighbourhood was very quiet. They were kind enough to let us drop our bags off early, which helped us out a lot.

There was no kettle and the microwave plate was missing. The person who met us to handover keys etc couldn’t speak English so communication was a bit tricky.

The accommodation was in a good location if you are good at walking. 15 min to closest Metro to take you directly into tje Trevi.. Fabulous " local" patisserie /Restaurant /bar.

Really, the only criticism is that the air-conditioning units need an over haul. Rather noisy and don't think the one in the lounge cooled anything.

Apartment well equipped, bus stop right in front.

Couch bed is very uncomfortable, they don’t provide baby cot. They said subway station is close but you need to go through a sketchy alley, we avoided going there at night. AC in the living room wasn’t working properly. There is nothing around the location.

Size of the appartment, light exposure, facilities in the appartment

Location is nice, but it does not count as "city center", beware of that when you call a cab to the airport, since the center border is at Porta Maggiore (200m from the appartments), otherwise, the cab will charge you more

Nice, roomy apartment, very clean, good facilities. The Manageress spoke excellent English and was very helpful.

The location is not bad but is further from Termini station and metro stations than we had thought. At least a filter coffee machine would have been good.

Spacious, comfortable good access to bus, tram & supermarket. Good cooker and washing machine.

Instructions for check in could be improved. Shower needs maintenance. Cutlery drawer in weird location, under the cooker. No toaster. Fridge turns off when you go out.
