I liked the position and the room,very comfortable bed and nice shower

Was one lady at the front office when I arrived, she wasn't willing at all to reply my question and she was even a bit arrogant,I'm working in 5 stars hotel as manager and I know how it works but the check in was horrible.

Checking time was taking too long. Only one staff at the front desk around 6:00 pm. only one person ahead of me and it was take about 30 minutes.

the staff were very friendly and helpful

a lot of dust is kicked up in the car park so you can’t keep your shoes clean. no lunch facilities other than the pool. I know it’s Rome but 8 euros for a bowl of pasta and pesto seems a little high.

The room was so wide, airy and super clean and comfy.

The staff were bad from the moment I walked into the hotel. They didn't have anyone to help me take the luggage even the reception guy hesitated and then didn't help me at all. I had to carry my 23kg luggage alone through all the front stairs all the way to the room. I was on a holiday journey to many countries weeks ago and I didn't pay anything that's called tourist taxes, I'm already paying taxes when I booking online, but when I got to this hotel the reception made me pay tourist taxes !!! I don't know if that's the law in Rome or not but that made me angry cuz I already paid taxes with my online booking. And also the location is also bad

We joined the expat tour , so we booked ourselves with you a day before & a day after our tour & Expat tour booked us for our last 2 nights of the tour. So all in all we stayed with you for 4 nights. Our stay made it convenient with our tour plans & the staff accommodated our request to just remain in the same room.

The breakfast was OK but the menu remains the same everyday. The front lot is made of gravel, so transferring our rolling suitcase from the coach to the hotel was hard , It did broke one wheel of my luggage.

The room was renovated recently, the bed and furniture was modern, the view from the window was superb, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was very good (not just sweets and juice, it had eggs, meat stuffs, fruits, a lot of varied food). The check-in was at 1:00AM in the night, they have a late night check-in.

The location is very far away from the city center and once the metro is closed it is very hard to get to without a car. The shower output is by default on the overhead hole, so if you don't know that you will get wet hair.

the rooms and bed were clean and comfortable with perfect and easy to use air-con and the receptionist at check in was very pleasant and helpful , I highly recommend the pool and bar to relax and unwind, , the bus was just 5 minutes up the road and it was a very safe location

the pool (although separate from the hotel) was a little pricey and maybe there should be a deal for hotel residents

Bed & shower. Interior of entire hotel is phenomenal. Quiet, surrounded by huge Pines.

No tea, or kettle in room, really needed. I walked long way to pool guy for a warm drink!! Waiting for warm drink now, @ breakfast. Everybody needs warm drinks in the room, only Cold in fridge & in paying machine. Paying to use the pool, so very high !! Reduce the rate, I need A swim, after flying 20hours.

It is very clean, very comfortable and calm. The staff are very nice especially that Moroccan guy in the restaurant, I forgot his name, he was an amazing guy and very helpful.

The toilet door was broken and it was not closing well, or when you closed it, it was very hard to open it, also there were no blankets in the room and when we asked they said we do not have.

The lift was a God-send.

Not impressed with luke-warm water in a tea pot . No communication. Not explained to us when booked, that the pool + cafe are not part of the Hotel. Also being charged many Euros to swim n pay for a towel.
