It was spacious enough with plenty of towels, there were extra sheets albeit a bit hidden. There was air conditioning in every room. Valentina had left us cake, juice, and wine in the fridge. The light control in the bedrooms was awesome and they were quiet as they faced the inner courtyard instead of the street.

The pillows were uncomfortable because they completely collapsed when you put some weight on them. The sink faucets were the most confusing in existence... you either get freezing cold, or scalding hot water. The provided shower gel and shampoo were in useless sachets that tore way too hard and even from the tiny hole everything spilled out. The air conditioners in the bedrooms were pointed directly at the beds and it was a bit uncomfortable. The kitchen didn't have soap and the stovetops worked with gas.

Really great location! Very close to Roma S. Pietro train station as well as the Vatican itself. Really good to have a lift/elevator - it was antique & gorgeous! From the veranda of our room, we could see the Apostolic Palace, it was a wonderful site. Breakfast in the mornings were yum too! A nice & clean guest house. The house keepers were proactive and approachable! Grazie mille!

There was a kitchen but not many cooking utensils/tools. I wish there were a few more things like pots & sieves so I could buy & prepare my own pastas!

Bottled water in the fridge was a thoughtful gesture! Packaged croissants, toasted bread for breakfast, coffee and hot water for tea as there's no restaurant open early for breakfast that we could find. Walking distance to St. Peter's Basilica. Valentina was very helpful with transportation questions (bus to other attractions) and lent us an adaptor to use for charging our electronics. Thank you, Valentina!

The street/sidewalk area leading to the basilica was dirty and smelly. Garbage scattered on the street. The toilet flush malfunctioned on the day we were checking out :-( There was no way to turn off the valve to avoid wasting water.

The accommodation was so close to the Vatican, also to some lovely bars, cafes and restaurants. The bus stop to travel in to the centre was just outside the building. The room was clean and comfortable, the facilities perfect for us. There is a Chinese restaurant a few doors down, which is great. The Vatican is a 3 minute walk through the underpass. Rome is stunning, we loved the accommodation and plan to return. The lady who runs the guest house is lovely, and answered all questions promptly. We were also allowed to leave our cases for a few extra hours on the last day which really made a difference. The next guests were arriving later which meant this was possible. So I'm not sure if this is always the case.

I loved the room and the facilities and it's location, any minor thing would only be that the rooms could just be updated a little, decor and furniture. Felt like I was at home, as my other halves favourite fixer is cable ties :) The bed is quite hard, but actually I prefer this, but may not suit everyone. This by no means made a difference to our wonderful stay. Please also beware on busy transport and crowded areas, pick pocketing is rife. They are sly, and cause a distraction, and dip into bags and pockets, take a money belt for more security.

Overall satisfied with everything. The location is good enough, many nice restaurants and cafes. Best thing about the guesthouse was tea time, there were always tasty cookies and delicious pastry and of course fresh coffee.

Fantastic location and space. Wonderful with a family. Air conditioning and lift as well as bus stop into central Rome literal steps away. While the property is just outside of the Vatican walls the neighborhood was full of amazing local businesses and outstanding non tourist trap restaurants. Laundromat, pizza, cafe and gelato within easy reach. Valentina answered all of our questions and made sure the apartment was clean and ready for our arrival. Shuttle service arranged for return to the airport. We cannot recommend highly enough and are eagerly awaiting a return visit!

We liked the close proximity to everything (Bus, Train, supermarket, and the Vatican. Everything was a short distance walk. Although we didn't order breakfast, the option to make coffee and have pastries in our room everyday was welcoming. The room was the right size and the balcony and air conditioner was great considering the hot temperatures. Valentina was a great host, easy to talk to and very helpful when providing access to the room as we arrived late at night outside the normal check-in hours.

Nothing, everything was great.

Really nice location next to Vatican, area is full of local places and close to grocery store,1 mins to bus stop also. Apartment was beautiful ,modern has a small balcony with nice view, furnitures well kept and new.You can find every kind of kitchen tools for cooking, cleaning, drinking etc.Bathroom was new and clean we had lot of clean towels provided, shower gel and shampoo, bed was also comfortable. The owner was really nice and she also provided coffee machine and sweet for us.

I didn’t know we are going to have shared place which we had separated bathroom but it wasn’t pleasant to hear each other through thin wall.

It was a great and comfort stay. The room was clean and neat, with a balcony where you could see the top of St. Peter Basilica, which it was literally a 5-minute walk from the house, you had coffee shops where you could also eat breakfast nearby, a pharmacy, grocery stores and plenty of restaurants. The room was cleaned every day, the staff was nice and polite, also you could also get coffee, tee and biscuits in the kitchen as well a stove top if you needed to cook, a microwave, a fridge in the kitchen and in the room. The elevator was old and small, but it was functioning and safe to use. Overall, my family and I were very pleased with the stay. Also, do keep in mind that Rome has city tax per person per night, the price depends on the area, we paid 7 euro per person.

Clean room, quiet location with our room facing the back away from any traffic. The bathroom was of a good size and the shower pumped plenty of hot water. Staying in January, the owner had put an electric heater in our room in case we needed it , and to take chill off the room was very welcome on our return in evenings but not needed all night. There is a self-service coffee facility and complimentary sweet snacks of biscuits and small pastries in the communal area, with additional packaged croissants in our room. The location is just off St. Peter's Square, which was ideal, as it's a quiet area with easy access to all Rome has to offer. We walked everywhere we went with Colosseum being about 45min brisk walk but again public transport is an option with metro lines and a bus stop very close (1 minute). Overall I would recommend the accommodation and would stay again.

Nothing to dislike.
