I loved the location of the apartment in proximity to the heart of Rome. Vatican City is within walking distance and the Colosseum/Palatine Hill/Roman Forum is a short bus ride away. The facilities were cleaned every day. The price for 5 nights was very affordable compared to the larger hotels. Anna was super nice and even let me practice a little Italian with her! in my opinion, the best part of the apartment was the security. There are two levels of security before you even get to the apartment and that made me feel very comfortable in a new city.

First stop on the route 64 bus is 2 minutes away, takes you through the city and finishes at the main train station, Roma Terminus. So so handy! So close the the Vatican, about 5 minutes walk. A few restraunts close by which were nice. 20 minute walk to Travestere which was a great part of Rome. Room was huge. Bed was comfortable. Everything is impeccably clean. Hanna was very helpful but then left us to our own which was perfect for us.. We loved our stay. Great value for Money.

Breakfast is nothing special, packaged pastries and yoghurt, but great to put something in your stomach before you head off for the day. Great to be able to make your own coffee

The location of this B&B was fantastic. It was the next street over from the Roma S Pietro train station and a five minute walk to the Vatican. I was able to walk to the center of Rome —- the Colosseum, Capitaline Museo, the Trevi Fountain, etc. —- in less than 50 minutes. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe walking around the neighborhood at night and there were some fantastic restaurants within a few minutes walk of the place (a grocery store too if you needed a few items). Loved eating at Pizza Zizza and La Victoria. The former was fantastic pizza, great service and reasonably priced. Definitely recommend. Hanna, the host, was super nice. She didn’t speak much English, but my rusty Spanish, a few charade type hand gestures and Google translate worked like a charm. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall the place was lovely. Just a note if you have mobility or balance issues: My bathroom was retrofitted to the room so the plumbing was laid on top of the floor. This means there is a 3 inch step up into the bath. The shower, on the other hand, is a much bigger step. It’s about a foot off the ground, but you have to raise your foot even higher to get over the lip of the shower tray. Getting out when wet is also a bit scary. I mastered it by the end of the week, but I was sure my clumsy self would slip and fall. I can only speak to my room, which faced the back of the building towards the train station. I don’t know about the other rooms.

Amazing location. It is located just to 5 min walking from the Vatican. Also, you will find San Pietro station and buses just 5 min away. The room was clean, spacious and confortable. The service provided by the staff was the best. Highly recommended staying here.

The host is very kind and welcoming, devoted to her job! Every single day our room was cleaned even though it was not hers duty to do so! The bed was very comfortable and room was very well furnitured.

Smell in the toilet.the host explained it was a problem with the pipes. Air condition worked very slow, in a very hot period of the year. Host didn't speak English,which was the language they promised on their page. This is best for air bnb,not booking.com

The apartment is great and the room super comfortable, big with a private bathroom. The location is really great, 5mn from the Vaticano and super close to everything. Hanna is really nice and shared many tips with us!

Everything was great! The room was cozy and warm enough with personal bathroom. There was a lot of cooking utensils at the kitchen and some coffee and tea. Flats owner gave a lot of advice. Truly recommended for staying
