Clean, comfortable beds, and quiet. All you need for a couple days in Rome. Easy access to the Spagna metro.

Host weren’t great communicators. Due to a flight delay we didn’t make it for the first night of our 3 night reservation. I asked both the hosts individually about a refund and they said they’d speak to one another about it. I never heard anything back from either. That’s fine, I understand that was a big ask. Then we were sent a link for the Rome city tax for 3 days, I asked if that could reflect only the 2 days we actually spent in Rome. Never heard back.

The place is amazing! A bath!!! It is like in the movies! Comfortable bed, small nice balcony, light, charming decor and furniture with character. Amazing place to stay in Rome! And it is in the middle of everything! Also the property provide a bootle of champaign, beer, coca cola, and water. Coffee machine is inside the room, a lot of different crackers, chocolate, tea and coffee. I was impressed! Hosts are the best! They are kind, supportive, polite and always here to help. It was a great pleasure to meet them.

The light in the bathroom didn’t work 🤷‍♀️ But I used floor lamp and it didn’t bothered me. Hard to find the place to eat after 23 pm. )

The accommodation had everything we needed for a good vacation time in Rome. It was easy to get to, it's clean and comfortable, the host is amazing and always helpful, the location is hard to beat, you can comfortably walk to a lot of Rome's biggest attractions and some, like the Trevi fountain and the Spanish steps are even just a few blocks away

Nothing significant really. if I had to nitpick - the bathtub was not extremely comfortable to use, but it's not a big problem.

Everything about the apartment was perfect. All the facilities you would need, air conditioning, always made spotless by housekeeper by the time we got back to the room, mini fridge always stocked up with water and other refreshments, really good bathroom facilities, nice balcony and the owners were so kind and helpful they made us feel at home and answered any questions we needed to know.

My fiancé and I were absolutely blown away by this property! The rooms had amazing charm and character with fabulous amenities like an enormous whirlpool bath with rain shower, free snacks/beverages, wood beamed ceiling and huge windows that opened onto the street. It really felt like we were living in the middle of the city! Being located a stone's throw from the Spanish Steps, it was an ideal place to be based for our trip as EVERYTHING was within walking distance. In addition to the property being tremendously charming and perfectly located, the management really did everything they could to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Stefano is extremely kind, accommodating and helpful! If we're ever back in Rome we will DEFINITELY be staying at Frattina 57 again!!! Thank you so much for everything, Stefano!

Honestly, it was perfect. There was nothing we didn't like!

The property was in a great location, the room was really nice and clean, the housekeeper came every day to clean the room and refill the complimentary drinks/snacks. The app to open front door and apartment door was really useful. Steffano who met us when we first got there was really helpful.

The only thing I can think of is the Jacuzzi bath didn’t work, Got all excited to have a jacuzzi bath after all day on our feet but no bubbles, the bath was still nice and relaxing .

Super central. Room was comfortable and clean. Owners of the property Stefano and Valentina were extremely nice and helpful! They recommended fantastic restaurants and places which were delicious, yet very well priced. Would definitely stay again at this property. Thank you both so much :)

The location of the property was perfect; right by the Spanish Steps and the Spagna metro, although we chose to walk everywhere. The room was spacious and clean and a particularly nice touch was the free mini bar that was replenished daily. Despite being in the centre of a bustling area, it was nice and quiet in the evenings and the large bed was very comfortable. Lift access made it even more convenient

If I had to criticise anything it would only be the choice of toilet suite, being black.

The location was great, a short walk to the metro, restaurants and shops. The room and the bed was big and comfortable. The coffee and toiletries were restocked every day. The staff were friendly and helpful with our luggage.

It would have been nice if there was a sofa or comfortable chairs for two. That’s my only suggestion!

Was an amazing experience! The room was just like in the pictures. Was very clean, and you had everything you needed, like coffe, biscuits, tea, water, beer, prosecco, coca cola. The bed was very confortable. The amazing bathtub for a relaxing evening, with a glass of prosecco :) Stefano was always available, for everything that you needed. Location is in the heart of Rome!
