Our rooms were lovely. Just renovated, so they were pristine. Good amenities in the room and very clean, quiet. No view as our room overlooked the inside quadrangle of the building which was covered in scaffolding for ongoing renovations. Breakfast was okay. We've stayed at the Hotel before and remember the breakfast being better - more choice, but it was still very good. At checkin my husband and I were upgraded to a little larger room which is always very nice.

Service was really slow. I think there might be a shortage of serving staff. We had drinks on the outside patio when we checked in. Staff was slow to serve us and slow to bring us another round of drinks too. We had to go looking for someone.

Beautifully renovated new rooms and marble bathrooms. Superb veranda overlooking the Roman rooftops, perfect for breakfast. Amazing friendly staff, attentive to every detail and able to anticipate every single need. Best location, the only hotel situated inside the designer district, seconds from every major boutique. Food was delicious.

Everything was absolutely perfect, especially the service and stuff.

There were no Tea and coffee making facilities in the room. I realise that, because of the pandemic, buffet breakfasts are not available but a choice of fruit juice, better choice of cereals, toast and fruit would have been welcomed.

Loved the hotel, the area and the comfort. Very well located. The bathroom was amazing, the employees were lovely. I wold definitely return.

I think the breakfast is poor for the standard of the hotel and the price per room. The buffet had very little variety and selection. No cheeses, no ham, no mushrooms. We had to ask for everything and for a 5 star hotel that makes no sense. Also i think the price is very high for this hotel.

The staff are amazing in this hotel and the customer service is superb. The rooms are beautiful and very spacious and the location is perfect. We travelled at the start of August for 5 days and there is still some work being done on the façade of the hotel, but didn't take away from it one bit.

There was nothing really I didnt like, but if I have to pick one thing the air conditioning unit in the room could be better. That's all.

Everything except the noise in the street during the night (see below). In particular the hotel staff was perfect everywhere (reception, breakfast service, room service, cleaning, etc)

Very noisy street (e.g. garbage trucks dropping glass bottles during the night).

The location is just ideal for everything u need, a walking distance from many attractions. Shopping districts and touristic sights, the terrace cafe is very lovely and the food is very good. The service is excellent and all the employees are so generous and nice smiling and helpful.

The size of the room and the dated decors. The noise coming from the front door construction.

The staff are fantastic, without exception. Location wise, you can't get much better.

I couldn't get an answer (relayed through booking.com) re how to get to the hotel by car. This ended up with us following the satnav which took us down a pedestrianised street (!) However, I think this is a tech issue with booking.com as I have had no reply from two messages sent via the platform for another booking I made weeks ago.

great location, good value, great staff good, size room

there is currently construction going on next door to the hotel which started very early in the morning even on the weekend. I realise this is not the fault of the hotel but it was annoying.
