Best location in Rome one can think of. Minutes away from Palazzo di Popolo, Spanish steps (and Spanish steps metro), Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Navona and even Piazza Venezia. Roman forum and coliseum are, like 15-18 minutes of leisurely walk. Vatican 20 minutes. What better location one can imagine.

One of the receptionists understood little English but she was helpful though! They should serve tea, coffee in the room. No breakfast on offer.

The location was absolutely perfect. 2 minutes from Spagna and 7 from Trevi. Also cleaning every day. Value for money hotel.

To be specific, the hotel was very nice. It isn’t a luxury hotel and you don’t expecting luxury.

Friendly and helpful staff 🥰🎊🎉

Nothing not to like… great friendly service, breakfast every morning in my room. Bed was a bit hard for my liking…. The shower was a power shower, plenty of hot water at anytime, took away the aches of walking during day. Very central location ( just round corner from Spanish steps, shopping and Via Del Corso main long road, runs at bottom of my hotel road, so I could find all the famous sights, easily and quickly … piazza naverone, pantheon Trevi fountain Roman forum colosseum and many more sights along the way 🎉👌🎉

Fantastic location close to the Spanish steps and other attractions. The room is spacious as well as the bathroom and with lots of space for clothes. The staff is very helpful and kind, always willing to help and give good advice on transport and restaurants.

It may be a bit noisy in the evening although the street looks quiet. In that case close the windows and shutters. We did not like the pre-set A/C temperature and the remote control is not available. You need to ask the staff to change the room temperature.

The hotel is only a minute walk to the Spanish Steps, and a couple of minutes to many great bars and restaurants, so the location is excellent. The hotel staff were all very pleasant, and the hotel lobby has a bar and drinks fridge which contains refreshments customers can charge to their room. The hotel and rooms are quite spacious. Ours had a small tv, double closet with hanging space, queen bed, bar fridge, and private bathroom with shower. Our room was also very quiet, even with the windows open, which allowed a nice breeze through with a fan we asked for from reception. The hotel provided free wifi which worked well throughout our stay.

There was less than half a roll of toilet tissue in our bathroom on arrival, with no spares stocked in the room throughout our stay. Although it got replaced, there was never any spare on hand The bed linen was not changed during our 3 night stay, and the blankets were quite old. Hotel staff told us they would change the sheets after 3 days. We queried the price of a one-night stay in a few weeks time, and it was €220 per night which is far too much for this hotel.

We liked how clean and spacious it was. The room was also really clean, and you were asked to leave your key behind every time you left the hotel, which meant you didn't have to worry about losing your keys. Location is also great.

We could have done with an electric kettle. We did have an issue with the safe because it will not unlock, though we somehow managed to work past the low battery situation in the locker. Lady at reception was trying hard to help us, too. Just be careful with the safe.

The location of the hotel is almost perfect. Into the city centre, but in a relatively quite street. You need less than 10 min walk to Piazza di Spagna, and its Metro station, and almost 15 min to Trevi fountain. We walked around and went to all the main locations in no more than 30 min walk. This is the time that you need to reach Tevere from the hotel, and visit Castel Sant' Angelo. The staff was polite and helpful.

The hotel is in an old building, and - even if it is renovated - its age is there. So, nothing more than you are expecting if you decide to stay in the old centre of an old city. Few things here, and few things there, but nothing to make us feel uncomfortable.

Convenience , location, the staff, we're all amazing. Concierge arranged taxis and private car transfers and assisted with restaurant recommendations. We will stay with this property again. 24-hour desk reception, they have a wheelchair sized for the lift for persons with impairments; although the entry is not zero, the threshold is approximately 1.5", and we were able to lift the front wheels of my husband's electric wheelchair for a smooth entry. Our collapsible travel chair was stored on the entry-level and kept charged. Although our bathroom didn't have grab bars, however, we managed well enough. Towels, toiletries, and all necessary amenities were provided.

The beds were hard, we are accustomed to a very cloudlike rest, atop memory foam with a down topper, so our reveiw may be biased. It is not uncommon for beds in Europe to be more firm; we didn't lodge any complaints regarding the bed. The structure, which is lovely and immaculately kept, was loud. Guests were inconsiderate, and we were awakened throughout late hours by the entry into their rooms, talking in the halls and a dog barking. The accommodation is marble and terrazzo with 15' ceilings, echos are expected; the situation was not something the staff could control, we didn't complain. We placed rolled towels at the bottom of the door and used used earplugs, which we travel with for this very reason. We were not disturbed by any outside automobile or foot traffic.

The hotel is located near the Spanish steps, so in the middle of the city center. Even the metro station is close to the hotel. Perfect! The women at the reception are very kind. They'll help you find the nearest location to have a good breakfast and when you need a taxi they'll arrange you one. Drinks available in the fridge downstairs, you can pay the bill when you leave.

The only thing we disliked was that the airconditioning was turned off at night. Not that we'd use it but when we woke up at 7 we couldn't get it to work. The receptionist told us it will be turned on later. Lots of people start their day early in Rome in summer. It would be nice when you get dressed to at least do this in a cooler room.

This is an old, small hotel in the best possible location in Rome. It doesn't have the amenities of a 5 star hotel, but is cosy and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are small, but very adequate. TV reception was not great, but I didn't go to Rome to watch TV. I will definitely stay there again.

My only complaint is that there was a charge to leave my luggage the day of departure. It was only E5.00, so not really significant, but is the first time I have had such a charge.
