I think the hotel has 10 rooms, but they are really well done. We did not have breakfast with them (at a restaurant 3 minutes away) because we were trying to eat outside and that place was all indoor, but the restaurant looked (online) like a great place. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the Pantheon, 10 minutes to Trevi Fountain, 15 minutes to Trastevere, 20 minutes to the colosseum, 30 minutes to St Peters and 35 minutes to the Vatican Museum entrance. I cannot imagine a better location. They even helped us make a dinner reservation by calling the restaurant ahead of time for us.

Not a problem for us, but the hotel is on the third floor (for Americans) and so is 64 stairs to get there. There is an elevator, but it's 22 stairs to get to it (it does not go to the ground floor). Those with health issues should take note as you have to carry your own bags up and down.

The Hotel is well located, just a short walk from Pantheon, Piazza Venezia, Jewish Ghetto, Trastevere etc. The room was comfortable and always very cleen. The highlight of this place is without any doubts Zakaria, the guy from the reception. Extremely helpful and friendly and always happy to help! Grazie Zakaria!

Liked: Air Conditioner, Location, Clean Bedding, Room size, View. There is a nice grocery store in the same building close to the entrance.

Wish there was a USB charger and a paper map of Rome for orientation. The hotel is not marked well outside, and especially not inside the building (it is on the 3rd floor). It is better if one thinks of it as AirBnb vs a hotel. There is a lobby, but noone is there; however they reply to whatsup messages quickly.

Excellent location. Very helpful staff. Modern room, nice interior design, clean, good Acqua di Parma toiletries.

Building looked run down and not well maintained. Garbage cans at the entrance are not the best… No ramp for handicapped from main door to elevators ( several steps up), elevator needs maintenance to stop at landing level. €200/person/night is a little too much given the fact that other proper hotels with concierge, bars, room service etc are around 300 euros as they told us (we entered and asked the rates).

Great location, 10-15 minutes walk to almost every sightseeing you want to see in Rome. Room and bathroom were much bigger than expected. 4 doors were "securing" our room: 2 doors at the ground floor, one in front of the room and of course room's door.

Staff is friendly and helpful, but it was almost impossible to find them at the reception. You could call them, I guess, but sometimes you have a small question or favor to ask and then you decide to do it by yourself. Elevator was very small and broken almost the full stay so we carried several luggage bag to the 4th floor.

The location of the hotel is perfect, 10–15 min walking to almost every attraction. Piazza Venezia is just 3 min from hotel. Really easy to find, check in and out was also super easy. They are available on WhatsApp all the time for everything you need. Wifi was great. All communication went smoothly. For three girls with a long hair the perfect thing was to have strong hair dryer instead the usual small ones in hotels. The room was very spacious, very clean and beautiful with spacious bathroom. We got room with a breathtaking view. Everything was perfect! Thank you guys for all, definitely will book again next time we visit Rome.

i’ve stayed to this hotel before and decided to book again. close to everything which is perfect. unfortunately booking.com overbooked me and few minutes after i had paid for my reservation i got a call from them telling me that they didn’t had space for this hotel so they had to move me on a different one which was absolutely incredible, leveled up. close to the one i had reserved to before and they upgraded my room for free. so pretty sure that was a great service

The location was perfect and so was the room. So clean and loved the air conditioning and the smart tv as well as the bathroom. We felt so comfortable and would definitely stay there again.

The only thing would be it would be nice if the reception was staffed for the whole day. However we were given a phone number to call if we had any issues and we called that line twice with queries and they were so helpful.

Superb location, beautiful design in a traditional Roman building... helps you blend in like a local..! Staff were friendly, room was very clean with good facilities.

Location was a little tricky to find initially but once you find it, that's the beauty of the place. Like having your own apartment in Rome for the stay. Would've loved my own coffee/tea making facilities but again - no biggy
