Christian is one of the nicest, most helpful hotel staff person we have met. He was very patient helping me set up the electronic room keys (the problem was my phone, not their system), and he gave us a very nice intro tour of the facility. He was always pleasant, and willing to help with airport transfers, etc. The facility itself is very nice and in a great location to use public transport or walk to the major attractions. There are bars and restaurants within a few steps of the front door, but we didn't hear much street noise in our room.

My only complaint is that the terrace area was a bit convoluted to get to, and it was a challenge for the servers to get everyone their food easily. It is a very nice space with interesting plants (pomegranate and citrus trees); but it is easier to have your breakfast in the room.

centrally located , quaint atmosphere, comfortable accommodation. Breakfast they offer has many options to choose from and very tasty- from the cappuccino to the croissants- great value for price. Received email prior to check in asking if we needed anything or had any questions- loved that, it was very helpful. Pretty close to train station too - Taxi cost about $15 Make sure you go to Taxi line at station so you don’t taken advantage of !!!!

Main bed very comfortable- the single in our triple room was not as comfy but still pretty decent . I would stay here again.

The location is great. We walked to the Colosseum, Roman Forum and Trevi Fountain. There are a lot of restaurants right out the door. The room was clean and the air conditioning was wonderful.

The building has two sides, one with an elevator and one without an elevator. We stayed on the side with no elevator which meant we had to go up two flights of stairs. Apparently, this is pretty common in Italy though. The Giro d'Italia bike race was going on the day we arrived. All the streets in the area were closed off to vehicles. It would have been nice if the hotel had let us know so we could plan accordingly. We arrived by train and then hired a taxi to take us to the hotel. The taxi driver couldn't get close to the hotel, so we had about a 15-minute walk with our luggage to the hotel. Unfortunately I was not wearing comfortable shoes because I wasn't planning on walking that far. It just would have been nice to know in advance that we had to walk.

Great location and service was outstanding! Hotel manager went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and gave us places to go and was very helpful. She held our luggage until room was ready to check in so that we could go explore the city.

Being a smaller hotel with maybe under 20 rooms The lobby has no bathroom and the hotel is located on the 2 nd floor of a building so the lobby is maybe 8 ft by 8 ft. For tourists arriving early morning from out of the country and room not being available until noon our only complaint was not having a restroom to freshen up when we arrived.

The location of the hotel was fantastic! Walking distance to a lot of places and very close to a bus stop. There are a bunch of restaurants and cafes nearby as well. We didn’t partake of the breakfast often (additional daily cost), but when we did, we thought it was pretty good. The staff was very friendly and incredibly helpful with answering questions and coordinating requests (calling about restaurant availability and booking a car service to the hotel). The room also had air conditioning, which was really nice to have on our last few nights as it got fairly warm outside.

The street noise could be a little loud at times, but you get used to it.

My entire family stayed at this charming hotel. we had six different rooms. each with a unique feel and beautifully arranged. The location could not have been better right in the heart of the city and within easy walking distance of all major places of interest. You can walk right out your door of the hotel to many restaurants, shops and view the gorgeous architecture of the buildings and magnificent churches. the staff at the hotel are all English speaking which helped in communication. They were helpful and very friendly. The rooms were in excellent shape and the bedding comfortable. Everything was very clean. I love the old world charm. Cant say enough about the delicious breakfast that was brought to you via room service at no extra charge. I would definitely come back! There was one thing that was a challenge for me, I did not like the system of using your phone to open the doors. I hope they will reconsider and go back to using keys.

It was our first time in Rome and the staff was so nice and helpful. We got there before check in but they allowed us to leave our bags while we went out to explore. If you needed recommendations, they were happy to give you some along with a map of the city. The hotel was in the middle of everything. The pantheon was only a few minutes away. There was plenty of food and stores around. The taxi area was only about a block away. It was so easy to get around. The hotel also had a small elevator that was helpful when you have heavy suitcases. The room was very clean with plenty of space. The bed was so comfortable and soft. The shower had a detachable shower head and the regular one with hot water. We paid for the breakfast and it was delicious. They delivered it to you room based on your request. I would definitely book this hotel again!

The reception desk closed at 8pm. If we needed to speak to someone you could call the emergency number. Otherwise you would have to wait until the next day to speak to someone.

The location was perfect. It was close to most of the places we wanted to visit and allowed us to get to know the city while walking. There's also nearby supermarkets which was useful to us since we did not pay for breakfast included. Because of the heat at this time of the year, we would leave early and then walk back to the hotel around noon and cool off until 4 or 5 and then we would go out again. So having a hotel nearby greatly helped us plan around the August heat. The staff were helpful and accommodating. The room was nice and clean.

We were staying on the first floor and you could hear some noises coming from the room upstairs. Fortunately, they were not too frequent or too annoying but it's perhaps the only negative I can think of.

Location was amazing! Rooms were nice, modern, great size and clean. We were super comfy there and loved it. The place is great. Staff is so friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to check us in at 2am when our flight was delayed 4 hours (for a €30 fee). Domenico is such a pleasure to deal with, as are the rest of the staff. Overall, great place great location great people and great time. We’ll be back!

The only thing I’ll point out is that the door isn’t sound proofed at all, and you can hear all the noise from the hall, upstairs when people drag their chairs around, and outside the windows it can get pretty loud. It wouldn’t be an issue if it wasn’t for our infant who sleeps lightly.

Great location in the very centre of Roma, you are able to go by walk everywhere. Charming old palace with great feel.

Centrum of the city also means some noise from the street parties during weekend nights. Also note that there is no place to parking.
