The room was very cool. The bed was extremely comfy. Air conditioning worked great. The jacuzzi/shower was nice. Overall it was a very nice room. Location was good - very walkable to major tourist attractions. Staff was very clear with how to access the room and check in (they sent us a video and detailed instructions).

The only minor complaint is we thought transportation to the airport was included with the price of the room, but it was an additional cost that could only be paid in cash. It still was a convenient option and the staff scheduled it for us easily.

the location was excellent - within 15 mins walking distance to all the major sights and attractions. John, the property manager, was exceptional; very responsive to all requests and contacts, friendly and incredibly helpful. nothing was too much trouble. the property was easy to access, even at midnight when we arrived.

The lights were on a very fancy setting and we had no idea how to change them… but it wasn’t too much of a problem.

Loved the projector in the room, it was awesome to watch tv and movies on! The beds were very comfortable, I slept very well during my stay. I also really loved coming back to a jacuzzi bath and rainfall shower after a long day of touring Rome. The breakfast was always right on time, I found it was great to have this to start the day and lovely staff to deliver this too, very happy and cheery! The staff overall were very friendly, spoke good English and were very welcoming! I would love to come back and try another cool room! Love the concept! Lastly I really liked the automated door system, to unlock the doors! John was also always available via WhatsApp for any queries! Great place!

The location was perfect and John was an incredible host. He was extremely attentive and went above and beyond for us to make our trip special. The shower was very cool and the room was spotless. The bed was really comfy also. Great value for money, would highly recommend!

The lighting was perhaps a bit dark but that may have been due to the theme of our room (iZen).

Received a message from iRooms before we arrived recommending we book their taxi. Charged €70 after being told €55 and never showed us the address after saying they would. Also only took cash after saying they take card. Got an Uber back only cost €30 and dropped right at the door of the airport. I advise use Uber or equivalent they can still find address easily and half the price

This hotel was one of the most unique and best ones I’ve been too. A nice vibe to it, cosy, aircon works amazing. Such an awesome concept. Not to mention the location was perfect, 2 minutes and youre at via del corse, 10 minutes you’re at Trevi fountain. Will definitely go again and try all the rooms they have to offer. John was a very friendly host and made my stay very comfortable.

This property was such a nice surprise! Great location, reasonable price so I was expecting something pretty basic. Instead, I found a warm host, cool design elements everywhere and a bathroom designed as a grotto :) Apparently a great terrace too but didn't get to see that.

There was a beautiful inside courtyard, I wish I knew how to open the windows to let in more light.

It's well located in the city of Rome which made getting to all the main attractions and sites a relatively short walk (10-20 minutes). The room itself was comfortable, unique, and clean. Having the mini fridge restocked everyday was a nice plus. Customer service was phenomenal. John was extremely helpful from before check-in to after check-out.

My husband and I stayed at the iMovie room and it was great! Amazing location. The projector was so much fun to watch movies and the jacuzzi was so nice to come back to after walking around Rome all day. They make sure you have everything you need for your stay in Rome, which I appreciate. If you like niche places to stay, I highly recommend iRooms for your place to stay!

Everything. Location was perfect. The staff was the friendliest and absolutely fantastic. They spoke good English and they were very helpful for us newcomers in Rome. Our room was beautiful, breakfast was good and the facilities in our room were perfect. If something didn't function, the staff made sure it was fixed ASAP and they did everything as promised. I find iRooms to be the kind of hotel where the staff really values their guests, and you can trust them. Big props to John for being in contact with us through WhatsApp through our whole journey and always being quick to answer. We felt very looked after. I cannot praise the location enough. Close to the Vittorio, the coliseum, Tiber River, the Pantheon. Stores and restaurants and little gelato spots were all close. Everything was within a walking distance, even though we had access to public transport we barely needed it. So this hotel had it all for us; excellence in location, staff, facilities and cleanliness.

I honestly can't find anything I didn't like.
