Clean apartment with private balcony and bathroom. Host had AC turned on before we arrived so it was pretty chilly in the room, which helped in a hot day. Tasty free breakfast. It is an okay place to stay for 1 night.

Host didn't provide any instructions on how to get to apartment, overall communication was not very good. We didn't know how to get in through the gates, called the hosts on the domophone and we only got through because gates opened for the car. Beds were not comfortable, there was somebody's hair band left on bathroom floor. Shower was leaking too. AC didn't work well during the night. Also, paying almost 100 euros per night for a small apartment like this seems like not a good deal.

Very clean room in a apartment (other rooms are also given on rent) so chances are you will be sharing apartment with other guests. Host is nice person and go by the rules. He explained how to and where to go very well. Morning breakfast is good crossiant and feuit juice/coffee with curd.

Air conditioning is managed by the host was a little bit of a problem but not much. Fridge was not working (with kid storing milk etc becomes a problem) if u are arricing with kid then do remember to plan eating outside (you can eat in the balcony but heating food or microwave etc is not to be used but the guest.

Fabulous accommodation - the room was lovely and spacious, incredibly clean, the balcony was a lovely bonus. Bed was very comfortable and the shutters at the doors helped block out any light so we had a great night's sleep. The host was very helpful, giving us recommendations for places to eat and visit. He kindly told us about the local bus just across the road that would take us to battistini metro in less than 5mins.very regular bus otherwise it's a 25min walk to the metro station along a fairly busy road. Breakfast was a lovely kind touch, the host provided coffee and a croissant which was much appreciated. Overall a fabulous stay.. A little out of the way but we found it very convenient and easy to get to if you don't mind taking the very accessible public transport.

Guiseppe is the best „centauro“ in town. Very helpful. He also managed to get us an authentic dinner reservation including recommendations for parking opportunities. The room and bathroom was very clean and modern. Perfect coffee and Italian breakfast. Thanks for all and your help with our rental car problem, which could be solved by the way!

Great hospitality from Giuseppe! We enjoyed the warm freshly baked croissants for breakfast, the coffee and tea, and the conversations with Giuseppe. The room was kept spot on during the 4 days we spent here, even with our 2 young boys supporting along.

Lovely room with a big bathroom and a terrace. Breakfast included (home made croissant and capuchino.

It was too far away from city center. You need to take a bus (5 stops) and the train (12 stops to Termini). If you are going for 2 or 3 days trip is too far away. Metro closed at 21h. So you will need to grab 2 buses and it takes about 1 hour.

Room very clean, attractive, spacious, the location is very desirable, leafy and clean, quiet and lovely. Guiseppe accommodated a late minute request and was most helpful.

The breakfast option was limited as I was wrongly expecting a big fry-up, but Italians are such beautiful people so maybe I should learn from them and reduce the size of my English breakie.

The hotel is 20 minutes away by walking, 5-10 minutes by bus from Battistini metro station. Mr. Giuseppe, the owner of the hotel, gave us information about the city, he is a very helpful person. When we returned to our room in the evening of the second day, we found our room cleaned. There are two chairs and a table on the balcony of the room, as well as an ashtray for smokers. The bathroom was very clean and wifi connection was fast.

We did not experience a negative situation.

The room was extremely clean, light and comfortable. The owner is an amicable man, who bakes marvelous croissants every morning)

The mattress was too soft for us - that appeared to be the only disappointing thing there. There is also a rule not indicated in the description - food and drinks are prohibited in the rooms. Nevertheless, when you travel with a child - who wants to eat even at night - it becomes impossible to comply. Anyway, personnel made no comments on that.

Simple room, cleaned every day, safe building and parking.

Location is ok if you travel with car, but it is little too far to walk to metro station and the buses are very crowded and hot especially in summer time.
