I don’t know why there are so many terrible reviews of this hostel. The staff were welcoming and helpful, NO bed bugs, the dorm rooms were some of the most spacious I’ve ever had, and there was indeed warm water and wifi. I enjoyed my 2 nights there and they looked after my bags for an entire day before I caught my 5 pm train.

The location was great. I read reviews complaining about wifi and the cleanliness of the bathroom, but both items were perfectly fine to me. Considering the little I pay, this was a great offer. I didn't notice a lot of noise, as other people seem to imply.

The bed wasn't great. It was not the worst one I have ever seen, but it could have been much better. There was not TV at the room, which is a bit surprise these days, but I assume it is not a surprise given the low rates.

The AC saved us during our visit at the beginning of the heatwave (not American-level frigid AC, but it certainly kept us cooler)! The private room with bathroom were certainly spacious enough for 2 people. Staff was nice and knowledgeable. It seemed to be on the calmer side of the Termini station, so a very practical location for travelers and yet the actual street wasn't crowded or noisy at all hours. We were a little concerned about how safe the area would be at night based on how many people were around when we arrived in the afternoon, but the street transforms into a much calmer scene with a few cute restaurants at night. Extremely pleased for a great price during the busy summer season!

Little to no wifi in the room (but very strong at the front desk / seating and dining area). The shower was perfect for our visit at the start of the heatwave, but it might be difficult to have a hot shower in the colder months? Our room wasn't very sound-proof (we'd hear the people in the room next to us, in the hallway, when someone types the code to get into the hallway) but with the AC on or the window open it wasn't really a problem. The elevator is quite small a little dated, so it was fun with just a backpack but would take multiple trips with bigger suitcases.

Well i was only staying here for one night and to be quite honest, reading the reviews...i thought i was in for a rough time. The staff were excellent. They are genuinely curious about why you're in Rome and where you're from and travelling to next. They were kind and helpful with anything and everything. The room was decent! I stayed in a 6 bed dorm and i didn't find the beds uncomfortable at all. They were all good to sleep on. Plus, there was AC in my room. As far as cleaning goes, yes i will admit in the bathroom on the ceiling there can be some dirt found but realistically - i have paid around £30 for the night in one of the most famous and historical cities in the world (meaning it's cheap for the city) - im sure a bit of dirt on the ceiling won't affect me when i had my showers. Location can be good if you're wanting to travel and use transport since it is right next to the Roma Termini

Wifi - i connected but it always came up with a 'no internet connection' signal. I am currently in their social area and their wifi is fine here however on the 4th floor - not so much. Location can be bad if you're planning to walk to the main attractions. I think it would be nice if they had more social things and activities. it is just a couple of chairs and tables.

It was clean. The staff was nice and very helpful. I enjoyed that the location was close to everything. The design of the room was beautiful and very confortable. I had enough space and I could charge my phone near my bed. They have a storage space for luggages (you can let in the morning before check-in and the next day until 16:00) - for free. If you want to keep it more, you have the possibility to pay 5€.

The bathroom was smelling very bad. It was a problem with the plumbing system I think, because the smell was present all the time. I disliked the noise from outside, I couldn’t sleep too much because of this. The location is central, but looks very insecure. I traveled a lot but I’ve never seen something like this. The internet didn’t function inside of the room for me, only in the common room at the first floor.

Hostel is located in ottime zone closed to Roma Termini and also visiting places and restaurants or bars. Apart from the norms of chaos od the city, this hostel is good for a short stay and tranquil. Housekeeping service everyday. There was a common room. Reception opening hours are long and the staff are nice. Leaving baggage is a good service. Price are good.

The bed was not comforty but acceptable. Suggest to bring your own towel and bedsheet.

I had the opportunity to stay at the 'Hostel Beautiful' recently, and it was nothing short of fantastic. Its location is unbeatable - close to everything, adding an extra layer of convenience to my trip. Not to mention, the staff's helpfulness and warmth truly stood out. Shka and Fnann, were exceptional in their service. Their assistance throughout my stay didn't go unnoticed and greatly contributed to my pleasant experience. I wholeheartedly recommend 'Hostel Beautiful' to anyone seeking a friendly, conveniently located, and gratifying lodging experience.

The location was so convenient, right next to the metro. The facilities were great. The room itself was quite spacious despite being a share room, the bathroom itself was also quite large and overall it was a decent room

It was quite noisy on the streets - not an issue though because the hostel can’t help that and it is placed quite central. And the shower tap didn’t reach its shelf so it was quite awkward but other than that the hostel was quite good

Location is fantastic, just a short walk from the central train station. Easy to access, lovely staff, very easy check in process. The room had 3 bunk beds, 6 lockers, and a bathroom, individual light and power socket next to each bed which was really handy.

The bathroom could use a bit of attention, the shower was a but grubby, there was some mould in a corner between the wall and the ceiling, and the mirror was hanging off. I was only in town for a concert, so wasn't too bothered by it.

Excellent room to stay, and the check-in and check-out are fast and easy. They reply fast on WhatsApp. The room is comfortable, warm, clean, and quiet. The location is perfect: near the port and the old, and just 10 min from the train station. I enjoyed the great coffee machine and the small food in the bedroom. The bathroom is modern and clean.

everything was great, better and cheaper than AirBnb.
