Perfect location next to main train station. We had 2 rooms books pretty good and clean and air con worked very well.

Only issue we had was a problem with the shower in 1 room. The hotel didn't come to fix the problem or help and said go back to booking.com which we did and they were fantastic and offered a reasonable discount for our troubles. Other than this, the hotel was good. Well done booking.com, not so good Agora.

Room was lovely, need to update pictures on Booking.com as I wasn’t expecting room to be so nice. Staff were very friendly, we arrived at 23:00 and had no problem checking in. Located next to train station, with bus and metro.

Location was next to train station, however outside hotel felt unsafe with people hanging around and lots of homeless.

it is near to the train and Metro stations therefore easy to go to all the attraction locations. for the price, the hotel seemed decent enough and provided sufficient clean towels

the water was not hot enough. No hook to hang towel and/or clothes so had to place clean clothes on sink

I like the location, just 3 minutes walking distance to the Termini station ( where you can take buses, train and Metro). Inside the station are stores and bakeries. The staff was very helpful. The room was perfect size for me. It was very clean with towel, toilet papers, mini small soap and body wash (very small, good for two uses). The bed was super big and good. The A/C was working good and also the small refrigerator.

The elevator is old and small. I arrived late 2am, the sign of the hotel is small and I have some problem to find the hotel, sorry I have vision problems.

The room was good, spacious enough for 2 adults, 2 teens and a 9 year old. Basic but nice enough for us to rest in after some long days walking around the sites. Hotel Aroma is perfectly situated next to the metro Termini and the best part is Termini is connected to both the A and B metro so you can go any direction without having to change metro. There is a Pharmacy and a CO-OP market across the road and a really nice coffee shop a few doors down with the best Ice Cream (Try the 7 Chocolate) and cheap but perfect Cappuccino.

The shower wasn’t great, think the shower head could do with changing to make it a little more powerful and the wifi worked for a few days but then kept dropping out. Other than that, we really liked it.

location 2 mins away from termini. staff are very accommodating. we stayed twice, first was just overnight on 3rd floor and second 2 nights in 4th floor.

only the shower, there are times the water pressure is weak, it’s take longer to wash yourself. only this need to improve in my opinion, might need a water pressure to support the rooms from 3rd to 4th floor.

Everything was great. The hotel is at the right side of the central station and it was easy to visit the main attractions. The american breakfeast was delicious with eggs, cappucino, croissant and cookies. The room was comfortable.

I liked everything. If I return to Rome in the future, I'll Book this hotel again

Hotel is right next to the train station, perfect for those catching an early train or heading to the airport. Room was very clean. Space was definitely enough for a short term stay. It wasn't loud. Rooms have A/C but on hot days it can not cool down the rooms enough. Breakfast had the essentials.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfy . The fridge in the room was great so we could have cold water. The breakfast buffet was great and had a batista coffee alongside.

The noise off the street. No fault of the hotel, but take ear plugs for your stay.
